      Very pleasant experience. The gas fitter was very prompt, arriving within an hour of my phone call to Milani, and did a nice rough in installation for a cooktop from the existing gas line. East going and very professional. will have him back to do the final hookup when the kitchen is completed.

      The Milani technician was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He arrived on time and quickly serviced our tankless hot water system. He recommended a new ignitor for the boiler and came back to install it when it arrived a week later. We are very happy with his work and would not hesitate to have him service the hot water system next year.

      Dmitry was a great installer. Fast, efficient, clean.He installed our heat pump and had all the piping so it was all concealed.******* had good communication and was very friendly. I would recommend him and the Milani team.

      First time ever calling a Plumbing company. Great impression. The technician Toby was fast, friendly, and professional, fixing the drain block issue. The dispatcher/office folk I spoke to over the phone and via texts were also very nice to deal with, I must add. I would recommend this company to friends and family with my blessing, based off this experience.

      I hired Milani regarding a toilet that repeatedly clogged. The technician, after removing the toilet, located the problem as a piece of plastic that was stuck in the main piping. The technician stated that he would not attempt removal because he did not want to risk the piece falling further down. He said the solution would be to cut up from the unit downstairs to get at the pipe. He then told us to contact our strata. The charge for this was $549.20. I then hired a different plumbing company through my strata, Benchmark Mechanical. The plumber was able to remove the plastic piece without having to access to the piping from the unit below. In hiring a plumber, I chose Milani knowing that they were more expensive than other plumbing companies, but on the expectation that they would be able to resolve the problem. However, I was required to hire another plumber who was able to resolve the problem without resorting to the Milani technicians proposed solution. I had to pay twice for the work to be done. Milani requested that I provide them a copy of my receipt with Benchmark Mechanical and would consider it, but they have not responded to any further communication.
