      I called Milani in the morning as I had a backed up toilet & by noon a service tech had arrived & cleared the problem. The office was pleasant to deal with & I so appreciated the same-day service by a very considerate & courteous tech.

      *** at Milani Plumbing provided a fast and wonderful repair service for my plumbing issue. He is skillful and knowledgeable and is friendly. It took him a very short time to identify the issue and came up with multiple solutions that can solve the problem. Highly recommend!

      ******** came to our townhouse and was very helpful. He explained everything carefully and made sure he covered all the work that we needed done. I would be happy to have him work in our home again.

      Had an outside tap that would not stop running. No leakage inside, just the tap wouldn't turn off. Milani sent someone May 2023 guy seemed pleasant enough. He said he needed to do some work inside the wall as well, so ripped several holes in the basement ceiling and wall to find the connection. He replaced the tap and changed a small piece of pipe inside the wall. Fast forward one year. Turn on the tap to water the lawn. Not in the basement so have no idea this piece of pipe was spewing water all over the basement. We had not got around the fixing the drywall disaster created by the repair so was easy enough to just look in the hole today and see the water spewing from the connections of the new piece of pipe Milani installed. Spent $800 for that repair. They only provide 30 day warranty (how convenient - presumably even shoddy jobs last that long). Now I have a flooded basement which destroyed a bunch of electrical equipment and furniture as well all the carpeting. So what started with a tap that wouldn't turn off turned into flood thanks to Milani. I contacted them. They don't care. "Oh it could be anything". No not anything. Specifically your work that directly caused this issue.
