      Wonderful service! I called in the morning to set up a service call and had a technician on site the same day. The technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The service was completed in under an hour with great results!I highly recommend them and I am thankful for the great service provided.

      Tech ***** was on time, accurate in his diagnosis on our furnace, had the part ordered, and replaced it when it arrived 1 week later as stated. He was friendly and professional and patiently answered all my heating related questions.

      **************** ****************** to replace a hot water tank. I called for a price quote at 8:30am, received an excellent price and agreed to proceed. Milani's technician (**********) was at my house by 10:00am the same day and the replacement was complete by 11:00. There was minimal disruption to water service and you couldn't tell he'd even been there when the work was done. Highly recommended.

      *** did a great job replacing the hot water cartridge in our shower. He phoned to confirm the time and arrived promptly. *** was very careful and professional. He readily answered all my questions. Highly recommended!

      Milani did my re-pipe taking out all the poly-b both in the house and to the street in ****** and re-piping with pex-a. I have to say they did an excellent job all around. They used quality materials, maintained a high quality of workmanship even in the challenging locations, did some extras and the quote and final price was clear and fair for the materials and work done. Thank you to *********, ************** and the team.

      My experience with Milani was excellent. The person taking my call was cheerful and efficient. *******, the plumber, came for two jobs. He was professional, pleasant, solved a problem with patience, and got the job underway.***** also a plumber, was sent to complete one of the jobs. He was pleasant and efficient and got things done quickly.
