      Milani was called in to repair or replace a bath tap. Over the course of several days, two different techs, the partial installation of rough in piping that was too wide for the existing tap spacing, a basement flood from a cut water pipe and about $2k in labour a non matching replacement tap set requiring no additional pipe rough in, that I picked up and paid for was installed. What Milani does well is customer service and prompt billing. ** *** ***** **** *** *** **** *** **** ***** ********* These two entities did not operate congruently on my job. At no time was I able to talk to someone at Milani HQ that could discuss technically about pipe work.
