      There was murky and smelly water coming up from both drains in my Mothers kitchen sink. She lives in condominium building in *******. It was Sunday where there was no caretaker and we called the ***************** after hours emergency who contacted Milani Plumbing who dispatched **** *. the technician from Milani Plumbing and we were so pleased with the service . **** was thorough, knowledgeable, and really cared about remedying the issue and problem. He took great care while performing this intensive job and was very respectful towards us and the other tenants in the building. We will use Milani again in the future and ask for ****.

      *** was great at explaining the difficult long term problem with this kitchen sink leak. He offered various possible solutions. Great to have choices! Ill call you first next time, *** et al at Milani. Prompt and reliable. The dispatchers were efficient communicators, too. Thanks, Milani. PJ

      ****** installed a boiler for me with no issues. He worked efficiently and left a clean space when he finished.

      ****** and Team came out on short notice and replaced my 30 year old boiler and water tank with a new combi system. They worked around the issues of an old control scheme and vent stack with ease and were done half a day ahead of schedule.

      I damaged the restaurant where I work with information that I didn't know properly, but I didn't do any an apology. And the technician was too rude. They try to make you pay as much money as possible. But we put everything in a reasonable and very quick position elsewhere. I will never use Milani and I don't recommend it.

      Tech did not do proper work and did not check that the hot water was working properly. Because of this, I was required to bring him back at a $200 charge to complete the work that should have been done in the first visit. The new tank started to leak after a few days and he had to come back AGAIN. Quoted me a price of $150 to do the work. Completed the work, then presented me with a $624 bill. Never did mention the parts and labour were on top of the $150. Never ever again will I deal with these people. The customer service supervisor only offered $75 off the bill and never did admit the tech did not do his job properly. ******.
