      Tech did not do proper work and did not check that the hot water was working properly. Because of this, I was required to bring him back at a $200 charge to complete the work that should have been done in the first visit. The new tank started to leak after a few days and he had to come back AGAIN. Quoted me a price of $150 to do the work. Completed the work, then presented me with a $624 bill. Never did mention the parts and labour were on top of the $150. Never ever again will I deal with these people. The customer service supervisor only offered $75 off the bill and never did admit the tech did not do his job properly. ******.

      The technician Sia was able to save my 55 year old boiler by cleaning it out and having it run again without any issues. It was burning carbon monoxide and very serious problem fixed. I am very satisfied with this tech Sia A plugged heat exchanger was thoroughly cleaned out. Thanks Sia.

      We had an issue with an old gas-powered dryer that was already installed when we bout our new home. We already know the efficiency, reliability, and competitive rates of Milani Plumbing because we have already used their services for the maintenance of our furnace. This one was a quite difficult intervention for *******, Milanis employee that was tasked to solve the issue. In fact, he had to discover from where the gas line was coming from and find that the shut-off gas valve was hidden behind a drywall. ******* was great in analyzing the issue and safely disconnecting the dryer from the gas line. Now we are installing a new electrical dryer, and we are more than happy. Thank you Milani and *******. Well call you again when we need your services.

      Recently called Milani about a repair, and after explaining what the problem was, my name, address, when someone would arrive, I was asked for my CREDIT CARD INFO!! I explained that no one has even come to see what needed to bo done, or given me an estimate, she was ALREADY asking for my credit info, and I don't give my credit card info over the phone. I was then told it was COMPANY POLICY to ask for credit info now and if I don't give my credit card info, no one would come to do the repair!!! NO OTHER company I called asked for credit info over the phone!!! I WILL NEVER CALL MILANI AGAIN
