      **********, of MILANI PLUMBING, recently came to my condo to address a problem I had under my kitchen sink. **** was very affable and informative. Unlike the plumber from another outfit who attended my place a couple of years ago, **** diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what the problem was and fixed it. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend MILANI PLUMBING.KRKolot

      ******* and **** did a great job installing our furnace an heat pump. They were very professional and tide. ******* also provided great alternative for the location of the heat pump to avoid dry wall damage.

      I had a plumbing issue in my condominium that needed immediate attention. I called Milani. Not only were they immediately responsive, but also came out that same day. The work was completed efficiently by a competent, experienced individual who was both personable and professional. It was evident he cared about the quality and the overall experience of the customer. This company exceeded my expectations and with that experience, I would highly recommend them.

      I contacted Milani Plumbing to replace the watermain at my house.It was a big job as the house is on a hill but the crew got at it and attempted to pull the new line.It had limited success but was eventually complete.Unfortunately when the new line was soldered to the existing house plumbing the solder joint was poor and it leaked. The leak sprayed my crawlspace soaking the rear of my new furnace, as well as a stack of cabinet lumber and some ceiling tiles I had stored in the crawlspace. I discovered the problem on a Sunday and called Milani but they were unable to send someone until Monday. I turned off the water and had to get help to shift the wet materials out of the crawlspace. Once that was complete I was able to guide the spray away from the furnace and into a bucket to allow the water to be turned back on for limited times.Milani sent a plumber out on Monday and he corrected the problem and later at my insistence a dehumidifier was delivered. The dehumidifier was in the crawlspace for 2 days.When I suggested to Milani that the invoice should be corrected to cover my loss of materials and the time and mess that we cleaned up I was told that there would not be anything done as they had repaired the problem and left the dehumidifier here. I am not a happy customer

      Milani installed our new furnace and hot water tank last year and we were very happy. When we had a leak under the kitchen sink they were the first call we made and Drew arrived within two hours and the problem was taken care of quickly. Drew was very professional and knowledgeable. He also installed the new faucet we had purchased and the whole job was done within an hour and a half. He was great and answered all our questions. We highly recommend Milani.

      Excellent. **** was great showed up on time and was very professional. He explained everything he did, he worked hard and was out in an hour and a half. Price was very reasonable. Thank you **** for the excellent service.
