      Always prompt and efficient service. ***** diagnosed our latest issue, made the repair and we're good to go. We would never go anywhere else. Nice to talk to a real person.

      Rob came today to snake out kitchen and bathroom sinks. He was fast and efficient and a pleasant person. He gave me some tips on how to keep the sinks from backing up. I would give him a five star review.

      Milani's tech, ************, was professional and completed the work in the expected time. I was given a quick rundown of the work needing to be done before he started, and then a review afterwards, with some recommendations of other work to consider. Happy with the work, and would use them again.

      We had ********************* (truck #****) work on replacing parts on the toilet as well as the wax ring underneath the toilet. He was friendly and professional. I feel I was overcharged on one part, but that wasnt in his control. The work done seemed to be efficient.

      Hello, Being old customers of "Miles Plumbing" in ******** at our house, we called them again to our new address, a condo and discovered that they had a new name, Milani Plumbing. The young man they sent out came promptly, did the job well and even remembered us from our last address!       Service was so easy to book. I appreciated having knowledgeable and live agents ( I booked multiple services). All workers arrived as scheduled with all needed equipment. They are located in another city from which I live and worth the distance for quality service. Was not charged for travel.
