      Pros: Easy to contact even after hours. Quick non-emergency response. Attending technician was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and helpful and quickly fixed the problem (5 out of 5).Con: Initially schedule appointment time passed without notification from the company (this was quickly rectified by the company when they were made aware of the issue). Overall: *********** was fast and professional and the problem was fixed. The review would have been a 5 out of 5 had the dispatch office sent an update that their technician had been delayed and the appointment needed to be re-scheduled.

      Our experiences with Milani have been exceptional, most recently had ******* come to install some new tap sets in our home. Very friendly guy and polite, arrived on time and completed the work in a timely fashion.Wont hesitate to reach out again with any future plumbing needs, can highly recommend to anyone in need of plumbing services.

      We had a hot water heater installed. Installers were very pleasant and efficient. They arrived on time and were very professional in how the work was done.I was surprised that Milani would charge for someone to come to our home to provide an estimate for exterior drainage. I've never had to pay for an estimate for any other repairs to our home. Needless to say, but we called another company who didn't charge for an estimate. We gave the other company the go ahead to complete exterior drainage.

      The Milani technician did a great job. We had a competitor company come to try to fix the problem and they did a poor job. So we called Milani and they came and fixed the problem properly

      I called ********************** late in the afternoon and had someone at my home the next morning. The technician N......... who came to my home was very knowledgeable, personable, proficient and had my hot water tank working and my furnace checked out within a reasonable time. I remember seeing Mr. ********************** in the office on Kingsway sitting at his desk and chatting to customers. This is a real family business. I would recommend ********************** Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning *** to do a good job.
