      It is our first time to deal with a problem of clogged kitchen sink. After doing all the *** remedies and failed. I assumed that the clog is further down the downpipe area.I called the first company that came up from ****** search and they quoted me $650 for the immediate service. I then remember that red van infront of our street last time and it was indeed the Milani Plumbing and Heating. I gave them a call and was impressed by their customer service and best price.I recieved a call exactly 8am in the morning from **********,saying that he is coming shortly. He then came after a few minutes and I gave him some details of what I have done and tried to solve the issue. After diagnosing and using his Drain *****, the problem was solved right away. He also made it sure that everthing is working fine after and gave me some hints on what to look for and do in order to lessen having the same problem again.I would highly recommend Milani Company especially their technician named ********** From their customer call service to technicians, everyone is great and very professional.I hope that the Milani Company will continue to serve more people in need and also to take care of their employees as they are their best assets in order for their business to succeed.Thank you very much Milani Company and **********

      Our basement has flooded several times in last few years. We had a competitor camera our drain tiles and supposedly flush our sump and nothing changed. We called Milani. their technician ****** did a fantastic job for **, thoroughly explaining our drainage system and outlining the fix. We had 80 mm or rain just yesterday and no problems!!Thank you ****** and thank you Milani, excellent job.********, *********

      Excellent customer service!! Office called late afternoon prior to booked service date to confirm 2 hour window for repair technicians arrival next day. Office Called morning of service day to confirm 2 hour appt. window again. Repair technician arrived in the first 45 minutes of the allotted time, assessed the problem, called supplier to confirm part available before leaving to pick up part. Actual faucet diverter repair was done in 15 minutes.******** was professional and efficient!! Highly recommend ******** at Milani.

      Milani Plumbing and Heating did a great job for an unexpected issue with the psi pressure in my home. ***** was able to diagnose and replace the part promptly. He then completed my annual furnace and tankless hot water system servicing. Very thankful the pressure issue could be resolved quickly before damage occurred.

      We were shivering in our home as the main heating zone with five radiators had stopped working. A single call to Milani and it was fixed within a few hours.The serviceman arrived promptly and proceeded to diagnose the problem. He was courteous, polite and wore covers on his boots to keep our house clean. It took some ingenuity to fix the problem in our 1937 house.We are 100% satisfied with the service and so very pleased to have heat in our home again.

      Milani technician P* ***** installed a new kitchen sink faucet for us yesterday. He was fast, efficient, and thorough, and also very pleasant. I would give him a five-star rating and suggest that Milani give him a bonus for his work.
