      ******* worked on my new furnace and heat exchanger not to mention bailing me out on my home install of my water regulator valve. He was excellent on all jobs. High recommendations.

      I recently contacted Milani Plumbing for a leaking water valve on my washing machine. The customer service representative was polite but did not see the need for me to send photos.When the plumber arrived, he stated he needed an air sled to move the machine and that I would incur an additional hourly charge on top of the $225 initial fee for the trip back to retrieve it. He left the valve leaking without providing a temporary solution and scheduled a return visit for Monday, which would also incur a service charge.On Monday, I returned home at 3:40 PM, and the job was completed by 4:40 PM. However, I was billed for 1.5 hours. The plumber claimed the job began at 3:30 PM and ended at 4:54 PM, basing charges on GPS tracking rather than actual work time. The additional charge included time spent sitting in his truck writing the invoice, costing me an extra $70 for minimal interaction.This was not my first negative experience with Milani. Two years ago, during a tub tap replacement, a hole was left in the drywall underneath the tap without notification, posing a risk for water damage that I had to repair myself.Given these issues, I cannot recommend Milani Plumbing. There are many other plumbing services in our area worth considering.

      Excellent, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable service from **** P (Truck 1) for the replacement of my hot water tank. He explained everything after the installation, including maintenance requirements and indications that the tank or parts will need maintenance. Very professional and personable technician.

      Very quick, efficient and professional. Once we accepted the quote, Milani started the boiler replacement the very next day. The price was much lower than another quote and provided with a higher/bettter model of the *** boiler. Boiler for our radiant in floor heating was completed in 1.5 days. ****** was our technician and he did an awesome job. He is a man of few words but you can tell he is an experienced pro. Thank you ****** and Milani.
