  I have been a customer for over 20 years and have always found their staff to be professional and courteous. Recently I had a guest toilet issue and they sent a plumber on Sunday morning to deal with the problem which I appreciated.

  CUSTOMERS BEWARE! I had a leak in my pools backflow regulator caused by the recent ********. Called Milani told them about the leak and model number for the regulator. Their secretary explains the disclaimer about minimal charge for coming out and MAYBE needs a second visit. What they don't tell you is that you will be billed that minimal charge everytime they come back even though the work may not be finish or done like in my case. Their tech came out, 10 minutes later said there was a broken part but they have to order it. Tech came back 4 days later and replaced the parts taking no more than 30 minutes. Tech was friendly and perfessional. HOWEVER, I was charged 2 days later ....and charged again 12 days later ...neither of which did they ever provide any invoice. I had to ask for an invoice and 2 days later was provided with a generic invoice that described some of the work done and a total price....no breakdown on labour or parts cost. It seems like it was just put together after the fact so the total charges would match. Talking to their manager, he clearly states that it's Milani's business model to charge the minimal fee of about $234 everytime they have to come back to do the work even if the job is not finished. So if it's basic plumbing work, I'm sure Milani would be fine but if the work requires anything other than normal plumbing or parts...STAY AWAY, they will overcharge you. I've used many services from many different companies before, but this is a first where a company repeatedly bills their clients everytime they come out even though the job is not done.

  Very easy to book a time that suited me.**** actually arrived early due to a cancellation ( after confirming that it was okay ).He was very polite and professional. Identified the three separate sources of the leak and fixed them all quickly.Milani was recommended by a friend and Im very grateful for that.Not cheap but well worth it.

  ;**** from Milani was at my door within 20 minutes of ********** for help to unblock a toilet..The job was done cleanly and he checked the other fixtures in the house to ensure they were all working.Full marks to **** and his apprentice for prompt cheerful service.

  Terrible company to deal with. Showed up multiple hours late, Charged incredibly high for very minimal poor work. Not to mention the mound of excuses by the technicians as to why they couldn't get the job done and to note they did not complete the intended task.Very surprised they're with the bbb

  we have been a customer of Milani since 2018 and have found them to very professional in their handling of issues. they always clean up after some of the more dirty jobs we are able to request individual employees depending on their area of expertise. this gives us a good level of comfort.
