      The crew arrived at the agreed time. they were friendly and informative. they did a great job and everything works as it should.       Great and prompt plumbing service from Milani! Highly recommended. The technician (****) arrived literally in ***************************************** addition to a very stubborn clogged kitchen sink, he fixed pretty much everything in the house, including things we thought were not fixable. Very courteous and professional. We are very happy with Milani!

      The technician was very professional and personable. *** explained every step that he was doing and answered all the questions I had about my hot water tank and gas boiler. Would call Milani services again.

      ***** P came and my kitchen sink was not draining, I mentioned I don't use the carburator and he suggested to remove it and did piping underneath.My washroom sink faucet handle, it got loose and ended up in my hand, since I was able to put the top faucet handle back on, it was ok. I have been completely frightened to use and I have not use it. ***** P asked to use the washroom and I told him about the problem. He said he can fix, he fixed it and for a reasonable fee. He is helpful and skillful ***** P technican and great fee.***************************** Surrey, ** August 2nd, 2024

      I have had three visits from Milani staff. One to do maintenance on my heat pump, and the other two to unhook the water from my old fridge and then to hook up the water to my new fridge. Both ********************** and ********************, were professional and knowledgeable. They both did what needed to be done quickly, shared information and were very pleasant. Highly recommend.
