  I recently, had a problem with drain water seeping into my finished basement area from the outside drain at my basement steps and from a drain in a utility room. Calling Milani, I received help *** ***** **** from their internal staff, remaining on the telephone with me and securing equipment and a young fellow Mark, even though it was late in the evening who came and corrected the problem. He was most helpful coming on two occasions during the drainage problem. Weston and staff appeared the following day and with the equipment, dug down and placed a pump to remove water for a week before they could bring in a crew to replace the drainage system from my home to the district hook up. They completed the job over four days and before leaving repaired any and all damage that occurred, washed the sides of my home of hand prints etc. and pressure washed my driveway and sidewalks. They also brought in soil to replace the damage to the front lawn and graded it level. I could not be more pleased with their overall efforts. I had a problem with one Milani employee (a technician), who talked me into pressure washing a drain which after using his camera should have known that this work was totally unnecessary. Milani staff recognised and reduced a good portion of the amount that had been billed for that work. They recognised this own their own and made the reduction. Despite the one employee behaviour, I would recommend the employment of Milani Plumbing,

  The technician did a excellent job clearing a clogged drain from the roof vent, despite cold and icy conditions. Despite the conditions the technician was cheerful and careful. We will use them again and will recommend Milani Plumbing to our friends.

  Mike was very professional in removing and installing the new hot water heater. He explained everything that he was doing during the installation and also explained the warranty to us. I would certainly use Milani again and recommend them to friends.

  Amrinder was first rate. He knew exactly what he needed to do. Very pleasant and accepted help. Worked quickly despite interruptions from head office. Leave your techs alone and answer their questions quickly when they call for help. Another good job by Milani. Not cheap but they are the best. This was failed pressure release valve. Quickly diagnosed and fixed. Thanks.

  I’m so glad I called Milani for my plumbing needs! Adam, the technician, was professional and knowledgeable. I explained what had occurred to cause the blockage to my kitchen sink. Adam listened & tested the drain. He then explained how he would resolve the issue and proceeded to efficiently removed the blockage & test the drain again. He tidied up as well and finished all work within one hour! Fantastic service! Thank you!
