  Arrived on designated time, reviewed problem with me and proceeded in a very timely and businesslike manner. 50 foot snake did not work so the 70 footer was brought in; it worked.
  Cleared the drain and Darren proceeded to test withy 3 sinkfulls of water;all OK.
  Darren was talkative and offered good advice and suggestions to prevent any future cloggings.

  I enjoyed working with Milani - the whole process from calling into scheduling the work to the work of the technician was very friendly and professional. Amrinder completed my plumbing work quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased with the work provided.

  My experience with Milani was excellent, Ashley was very friendly and effective on the telephone, and booked the appointment to fix a defective toilet tank for the same day, and the technician Amrinder was here within about 2 hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently and promptly. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Both made the very unpleasant experience of having a flooded bathroom much easier to deal with.

  In October we were having perimeter drain issues; while another firm was not able to address my issues until January/February, Milani was able to send someone within days.
  Kenny came last Friday afternoon and worked through till 7 pm. Then he left as additional equipment was needed. I waited for follow-up service until yesterday (Thursday) so I could have Kenny again (wouldn't have to explain things again).
  Again Kenny came yesterday afternoon and again worked through till 7 pm, when the job was finished.
  Company was well organized in dealing with me, and maintained communication throughout.
  Kenny was knowledgeable, pleasant and a very effective worker! Thank you Kenny!

  I would reccommend Milani plumbing if you need service. Why? Many years in business, member of the BBB, prompt service, and a recent successful repair at my home. Details below:
  Although my plumbing leak was not an emergency Milani provided service within one day. The technician arrived on time and I received a phone call half an hour before his arrival. He was polite and put on booties to protect my white carper - much appreciated.
  The leak was from an upstairs bathhtub drain , the water dripping into the downstairs kitchen. The technician showed me the failed part before repair was begun and explained my options .The drain plug plastic fitting had failed so a neat hole was cut in the ditchen ceiling to access the plumbing and replace the part. Two drop cloths were used to catch drywall dust so my kitchen counters were left clean. Other parts of the house where he worked were also left clean.
  I have tested the drain and all is well. Now I will have to repair the drywall ceiling - Milani doesn't do that but will recommend another company to do the work. Luckily I am able to do this myself.
