      We appreciated being informed of the estimated time of arrival (ETA) by the telephone staff 30 minutes prior to the technician's arrival. The technician, Victor, arrived promptly at the ETA given. He answered all questions, explained what he was checking, informed of his findings & proceeded to remedy the issue at hand on the unit Milani had installed 2 yrs ago. Victor was courteous, professional & had a sense of humor (thank goodness!) when we locked him out of the furnace area after incorrectly assuming he was finished when we saw that all his gear was gone from the area! Thank you Victor & Milani for a pleasant experience & excellent customer service!

      In the past few years we’ve had a furnace and tankless water heater installed by Milani. They come by every year to service and maintain both, and to date everything is running smoothly. The service was easy to book and we were able to benefit from a special seasonal price offer. Ali showed up promptly and proceeded to do his work cheerfully and efficiently, taking the time to chat about an interest we have in common. I enjoy meeting the human side of someone, beyond the technician. Altogether a positive experience.

      FAIR WARNING: Was initially impressed by the rapid response to quote request placed through BBB website.
      However, Dave M***** did not even listen to this potential client before stepping into his standard boiler plate spiel. I could not even get a word in edgewise to ask clarification questions as he seemed not to have the time, nor interest, before dismissing the call.
      Furthermore, Drew, the customer service agent's telephone demeanor, tone and etiquette was rude. He refused to put me through the customer service manager to address my concerns and perhaps assign another staff. What could have been a potentially lucrative work order will benefit a more professionally competent company.
      Terrible first impression undeserving of the BBB rating.

      Milani service man, Amrinder, came to remove the garbage disposal, it was leaking. Arminder did a awesome job. He cleaned up after himself, and he even informed me what he had done. Very pleasant. Totally recommend Milani. Thanks Arminder S.

      Mirza from Milani Plumbing came out on a very rainy wet Sunday to unclog the drain in my laundry sink. It required opening up the pipe and clearing via an auger 25 ft. Mirza answered all my questions re: the current issue as well as my questions regarding replacing the very old pipes both above and in ground. He was professional and knew his stuff. I would highly recommend him!

      Gerald communicated well and did good work in replacing a length of old copper supply line that had several leak with awkward access.
      He assessed the situation, came up with a plan, explained it and carried it out.
      I fully recommend him.

      We had a problem with a sink that was not draining properly and the tap fixture was loose. I called Milani and they arranged for Steven to do the repairs. He was professional, worked quickly, provided some options and gave me a few tips on caring for the sink. We are very pleased with his work and would be pleased to call him again.

      We had an issue with the zone valve for our infloor heating. Having has experience with Milani in the past for plumbing services, we chose to call them again. Excellent customer service. Viktor was polite, professional and did not try to upsell work. I'm sorry my dog was yapping so loud!!
