  It was very easy to book an appointment with Milani, I left a message at their website and someone texted me back within hours. It is extra convenience as that gives me time to schedule things with my husband. I had to change my appointment to an earlier date and they accompanied that with no issue. The gentleman helped me over text message was Teague, he was very friendly, very professional and responsive.
  On the date of the appointment, the technician was late (we scheduled 10am - 1pm appointment but the technician showed up around 4pm), I am guessing it is because of heavy rainfall in the city and a lot of people are having plumbing issue.
  I was not home during the install but my husband said the technician, Rick, was very professional, friendly, efficient and communicated well. Husband mentioned to him that he has to leave at 5pm and the technician did his best to accommodate that. He said old faucets sometimes take a long time to be removed but thankfully our faucet was not stuck to the base and he managed to finish his task within 30 minutes.
  Overall our experience with Milani was fantastic, we will definitely use this service again based on how easy it was to book appointments and how good the technician was.

  We had our centralized A/C & Tankless water heater installed by Milani Plumbing & Heating recently. We are very pleased with the units installed by Five men (3technicians & 2 electricians ) Morris, Mohammad, Hassan , Sabu & Freddie. They were great workers very efficient , very knowledgeable, very pleasant and they didn’t leave until work was finished in one day. Milani should be proud to have these men working for them. I would definitely refer Milani to our friends & family. Finally, special thank you to Emma their office senior officer . Emma is very pleasant with excellent attitude very understanding & very helpful in processing our paper works.

  The Milani service man, Liveleen, came to re-install the ensuite toilet after a floor replacement. He did an excellent job, cleaned up afterwards and left the bathroom neat and tidy. I had a couple other plumbing issues that needed attention and Liveleen did those jobs too. I had been having problems with a leaking kitchen faucet. Little did I know that the leak was running, drip by drip, into the cabinet below - wet and messy! The Milani service person installed a new tap (old one not repairable) , cleaned up the wet cupboard and also adjusted my garbage disposal attachment that I was not even aware was lloose. I really appreciated his attention to detail, clean work habits and friendly manner.

  We had Ali from Milani plumbing, heating and air conditioning onsite to provide annual service on the Lennox furnace MIlani installed six years ago. Ali has serviced the furnace before. He is always polite, courteous, professional and provides advice on maintaining the furnace at peak efficiency. To date we have had no problems with the furnace and look forward to seeing him again next year at the start of the heating season. We have used Milani plumbing, heating and air conditioning since the 1990's and remain very satisfied with their professional service that is always done right the first time. If you are looking for a professional plumbing and HVAC company Milani is a good choice in our opinion.

  Rick was dispatched promptly, diagnosed a kitchen faucet leak and explained the issue and solution options clearly. We agreed to install a new faucet which he had brought with him, Problem solved within less than 3 hours from initial call to Milani. This was our second occasion to call upon Milani this year and we remain very happy with the timeliness of response, professionalism and knowledge of their technicians and would certainly call upon Milani again.

  I had a new toilet replaced by Milani Plumbing Ltd., this week, by Live Leen B***, and was very pleased with his expertise and attention to detail. He is a fine representative of Milani Plumbing.
  I also had an electric hot water tank replaced in July of this year, also by Milani Plumbing, and was completely satisfied with the service.

  We had an issue with an installation of a new washer we purchased recently. While the install was basically free of charge, the company we purchased the washer from ran into a problem. The old hose connection from the old washer was seized on the water intake port. In short, their policy was for us to resort to an outside agency to have this solved. I called Milani and less than 24hrs later a tech by the name of Michael ratified the seized outlet problem.
  He then finished the install, balanced the washer, put it through a couple of cycles, and we have not had in issue since. Very happy with the prompt service, the professionalism of the tech and the reassurance in addition to. *

  Technician Saheid is extremely competent, polite and courteous making sure our furnace is operating in the safest most efficient way possible. Saeid is very knowledgeable and able to pass his expertise on to us regarding the most efficient way to use our furnace. Saeid is the type of employee that any company should be proud to have as a representative.

  I have used Milani on a few occasions. The techs are always friendly and helpful. My latest call was for a clogged shower drain which Hussein cleared very quickly. There was no mess - he even removed the mess so I did not have to handle it. When I asked how to prevent those "hair" clogs on an ongoing basis he provided me with some helpful tips. Milani is my plumbing company of choice!!!
