      A friend recommended Milani to me when my hot water tank started leaking. Start to finish was an excellent experience. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and on time. Absolutely no complaints.

      I have tried to schedule a free estimate for a heat pump system. They require you to be available between 8:00am to 12:00 or 12:00 to 5:00pm. I think that if they are so busy that need this huge window for a sales, I can't imagine how difficult is to schedule any post sales appointment.

      I had Milani back to the house with another issue. Mark was so polite, efficient, fixed the problem in 5 minutes! He also gave me tips on my slow draining sink and was incredibly patient and detailed with all of my questions. I never worry when I call Milani because I know they will fix the problem and that is always a stress release for me. I will never go anywhere else as there is no comparison the their quality of work.

      Milani scheduled the annual maintenance of the heat pump system very quickly and the service was completed professionally. They identified and fixed a number of small issues. The technician also made some recommendations. Thank you for the excellent service.

      The tech, Ali, was the best. He knew exactly what he was doing, and told me everything we needed to know about our ancient furnace. He even recommended getting a carbon monoxide alarm, which had always slipped my mind. I have nothing but high praise for Ali!

      Mike C did a good job in repairing the piping leak. He worked fast but efficiently done. He had all the things needed in his truck like a roaming Home Depot! I was so happy with the quality of work that I bought him a pizza! I would definitely call them again in case there will be another plumbing work in the future. Thank you, Milani!

      Saeid was on time and very knowable on what he was doing. He told us what to look for if we have problems plus how often to change the filter. We would have back for job.

      When I called Milani about new HW tanks, an actual person answered the phone, had answered for all my questions, and gave me a detailed quote. The technician that installed the tank arrived at the time scheduled, was polite and efficient, and the bill was exactly what was quoted.
