      Helping a lovely 97 year old neighbour to replace her ancient furnace and hot water tank. This project was done very professionally by the Milani crew, informing me what they were doing along the way.
      Also, 2 weeks later, same lady had a plumbing issue. The gentleman showed up on time and had the problem solved within a hour. I always feel I will be looked after when I reaching the call centre, friendly and courteous, for sure.

      This was the first time using Milani Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning for us as we had them come to inspect our furnace in the new house we just bought, Sia gave us great service, and help us learn the thermostat for our central air system. We really appreciated the great service he gave us. Great company to us...

      So pleased with Rob's work this morning. He was prompt ,professional , and efficient working on a clogged drain. Fortunately, with his steady work he was able to fix the problem relatively quickly . He also took the time to check that all was in working order and running properly before he left.
      I have called on Milani for many different issues over the years and once again today I received excellent service.

      We are regular MILANI customers and expect the best level of service. Our technician Rinnai did not disappoint: he arrived on time and went right to work; did a thorough inspection and servicing of our furnace and tankless water heater; and left a detailed invoice - which included the work accomplished and the time it took to complete. We also appreciated his note that both systems were in perfect working condition.
      We received a follow-up phone call from MILANI later in the day to make sure we were happy with the servicing, and to let us know about the company’s policy in the event of problems within the 30 days following the work.
      I also appreciate the fact that Milani gives a time frame within which the service call will take place, and that the service Technician calls to alert the customer when they are on their way. Makes it so much easier to schedule one’s life to include service call.

      Drew was on time, efficient and thorough in the work he did. He made sure to check with pie with respect to a couple of small additional parts that needed changing prior to proceeding. Very pleasant experience.
