      I got my vehicle towed on June 22nd, 2022 which resulted in vehicle damages and costed me $211. The responsibility lies with BCAA for not towing the vehicle on a flat bed.
      Interestingly, there is no email address on their website where you can file a complaint. I have written three times to their general complaint forms, with no response to this date.
