    Had a little trouble finding the back of the store due to construction in the front and a truck blocking the lane but otherwise staff, especially ***, were all very nice. *** was especially helpful on the phone when I first called in to check if the mats I needed were in stock. She was even more lovely in person, helpful, friendly and efficient. The Titan rubber mats were for a new home gym and so far has withstood construction crew, kids, and 2 large dogs walking all over them. Easy to clean and durable. I would recommend the product and had good experience with this company.

    Mat started falling apart within weeks. Sent it back for repairs and it fell apart again shortly after. Poor product for the cost. Beware of purchasing.

    We paid for our order at the end of June 2022 and we were told the production lead time was 8-12 weeks. It's now Dec.13.2022 and we still haven't received our order. Throughout October, we had to constantly contact the office to find out what was going on; no one called or emailed us in September to let us know there would be delays. Now, our phone calls and emails from the past 2 weeks are not being returned. We can't review the product because we haven't received it, but the customer service that started out well in June is now non-existent in December.

    Canada mats did a great job supplying our custom size mat for our foyer area. The mats they supply are far superior to any mat you will find in a retail store * ******** ***** **** ****** **** ******** ****. These mats are made to last for years and can be easily cleaned by hosing off outside in the summer. We ordered ours with a rubber edging which gives a nice finished look.
    They have a superior thick rubber backing that will stop any moisture from going through to the flooring. The carpet itself allows moisture through to the backing where it can evaporate without compressing the fabric.
    Maria was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and it arrived at our door in a timely manner.
    We are loving this carpet after years of dealing with inferior products that last a year and then need replacing.

    I ordered comfort flow mat, size 2' x 3'. It is very different from the photos shown on the website. It is poorly made, with jagged edges and some holes that are not fully perforated.
    And the dimensions are shorter than what is stated (it's about 22" x 33", not 24" x 36").
    Honestly, because of how defective it is, I think it would be unfair for me to have to pay for the return shipping. Their refund policy states that not only do I have to pay for return shipping, they will not give me the refund for the shipping cost.
