    So I placed an order through a shopping app (Temu) and raven force was the one who was supposed to deliver it by July 17, 2024. The order was place late may. After trying to contact them via text, call and email, I have not recieved one word back from them. Upon further review of the reviews, its has been noted that the drivers tend to steal packages or put them as delivered when they have not been. Once again, I have tried to contact them for almost 12 days now. With no success.

    I would like to submit a case against Raven Force Couriers. I placed an online order on June 8, 2024. The seller selected Raven Force Couriers to deliver my package. Unfortunately, to date they never delivered my parcel. The tracking number is RFC0CA060901346136. This is the link where you can track the delivery notification: ******************************************************************************. I called them multiple times on this number ************ and every time they say will be delivered within 2-3 days. I also requested if they can give me their address of the warehouse I can go and pick up, they dont want to give. Now when I am calling them again, they just hang up. I assume they must have stolen my package.I also called *************** ************ in this regard and the Officer whom I spoke to said, this is not a civil case and the police cannot do anything on this matter. I request Better Business Bureau to please investigate this matter very seriously as there are other people too who lost or got their packages stolen from this courier company. I think they know that the police cannot do anything and this is why they steal our packages. I also request Better Business Bureau to investigate the whereabout of my package and if still not found, than Raven Force Couriers must pay me $46.25. Thank you.

    I made a purchase from temu June 8 2024. I ordered 6 items. They were through PayPal.. I received a notification from Raven Force courier, that my parcel was delivered at 5:01 pm. I was home all day waiting for this parcel.. And it did not arrive as they stated. I've tried calling but there isn't anyone to answer there calls..

    Back in may I placed an order on Temu in May 2024, with an expected delivery on the *****. The items ordered are needed for an event on the weekend of the 22nd June 2024. While I acknowledge deliveries can be delayed, making a false claim of failed attempt to deliver is unacceptable. I received a text from the delivery guy, claiming that he tried delivered the items but no one was available, but when I called to inform him that there are cameras at my house in operation 24/7, and there was no evidence on anyone showing up to deliver the package, he retracted the statement to say the package is in the warehouse and they are not delivering right now and I should call raven force.I have been trying to call Raven force since then, but no one picks up, and I am yet to receive an update, or response to my voice messages.While researching about the company, I learnt this has been a pattern with raven force, for a while nor.

    I have been chasing multiple packages that were over due on delivery dates since June 4th that Raven Force was to deliver to my home. After many attempts to contact them via phone, voicemail and email, Raven Force Couriers finally confirmed (via email on June 10th), that they are in possession of all four of my separate tracked packages. These packages are beyond the expected delivery dated ranging from 6 to 15 days over due. On June 13th, they emailed an update that I could expect to receive my package within the next 1-3 calendar days or alternatively I could arrange to pick up the packages from their local warehouse. I responded on the same day requesting to pick the packages up myself instead of Raven Force delivering them. Raven Force confirmed that that they sent a request to prepare the packages for pick up and that they would update me with the location once it was available. I then responded asking if picking up the packages would be quicker than the 1-3 calendar days for delivery. I did not receive a response. I have followed up twice (June 14th and June 17th) and have received no response or further emails from them with direction regarding the pick up location of my packages. It appears that this business does not care to resolve the situation while keeping product that I have paid for in their possession. By not delivering my packages and ignoring my requests to resolve this situation, I consider this matter as theft.

    Ordered from Temu and Raven Force is their carrier. I have been waiting for my parcel since May 29th. Their tracking system is faulty and I cannot get anyone on the phone-I waited 1/2 hour only to having to leave a message. I would like my order as soon as possible, as it is for my business.     The courier has picked the item up 8 days ago and has nit delivered yet. I have contacted temu and they have been of no help. When trying to contact the company via email or phone you never get a response all you can do is leave a message and that is if their phone will actually take the call many times you call you get a message that they can not accept anymore calls for the day. Either this business is a scam company or their are taking people's packages and keeping them I am not the only individual with this complain . This order was shipped out may 31 2024.

    I had ordered some jewelry from a Hong ************ which used raven force as their final leg courier. Raven force misdelivered the package to who knows where. After contacting customer service, who asked for pictures of my house and ****** map images, they apparently "delivered" the item the next day. The original item took 2 weeks to get to ******, so they couldn't have gotten a new one, they definitely didn't find the old one as it was delivered somewhere else. So instead, they got a fake package, got a delivery driver to deliver it, take a picture for proof, **** it as delivered, and then take the fake package back. What they didn't know is that I have security cameras on the property that caught this. When confronted, they said, oh they driver had more than 1 package in hand, which in the video you can certainly see, he doesn't.

    On Feb 13 2024, Raven Force Courier claim to have delivered a package from ************** to the address ******** **** ******** ******. There was no entryphone call to my mobile on that date. When I arrived approximately one hour later to collect the package (which should have been delivered to the apartment door of **** * *** **** ******** ****** - there was no parcel.) I then checked the mailroom, also, no parcel. I contacted Raven Force customer service regarding this via email (screen grabs attached - email chain can be provided in full) where they admitted to the fact they lost the parcel. After back and forth on asking for a status on the issue, where they assure me that it is in progress, they ceased responding to any email 2 weeks ago. Customer service for the -vendor-, **************, informed me at no point has anyone from Raven Force Courier contacted them on the matter. Raven Force Courier, I'm certain, are simply hoping the matter will be forgotten. Reading their ****** reviews it is apparent that this is a recurring theme with Raven Force. I informed them I would be making a claim with BBB and still have had no response. Please note: "Amount Paid" field in this form shows the total value of the parcel lost by Raven Force Courier.

    This courier (Raven Force Courier) based in Delta, BC, Canada has been in possession of my ****** package since Nov. 16/2022 (over 3 weeks). I have phoned them 4 times and have not been given an explanation of why my package has not been delivered, each time I am told my package will be "out for delivery" the next day. After 3 weeks they have finally uploaded a picture claiming it as "proof of delivery", but I have still NOT received my package (Tracking# ***************). The package in the picture they sent was clearly taken sitting in the back seat of a car, not outside the door at the delivery location. I have also asked to speak with a manager and left my phone #, no one returned my call to address my concern. I have tried to phone again but now cannot get though at all, it will go straight to a voicemail system. I have read numerous poor reviews of this company online of people in the same situation as myself, I believe this business is a fraud operation, or extremely incompetent. I have worked as a Shipper in a warehouse for many years and have NEVER come across a logistics company, or any company, with such poor customer service, and complete lack of accountability. I have launched a complaint with ******, as well as the 3rd party seller I purchased my product through. Please investigate this business operation as soon as possible, I believe they should have their business license revoked. If you require any further information please let me know.
