This is the third issue Ive had with travel Force Couriers . I order product from ****. *** had drivers deliver it and show me a picture of a door that isnt even mine. This particular time its Christmas presents for my kids. My kids are literally going out because I cant afford to replace the gifts that have not been delivered.. my delivery was supposed to come between November 22 and December 5 on December 5. I received a message saying there was no access for delivery, which is a straight up lie. I was at home all day on December 8. Nobody tried to deliver. There was no road construction or freeway back up I live in *************** Theres no excuse for this. I have been fighting with Temu letting them know that my package has not been delivered and they keep telling me to go back to the courier company. I have now currently sent six emails with no response. I have waited on hold in the queue as high as ******************************************************* the queue, my call gets immediately sent to an answering machine I have received no phone call back since December 8. I have left a request for a call back. 21 times with no response back my children are going without for Christmas. I am a single mom. I have literally left messages, voice messages, crying, begging them to please get back to me and bring this package to me for my children. Literally cant afford to replace these gifts were only days before Christmas. My heart is broken. Im distraught. I feel like there is zero customer service there this company has been known to throw packages in the ditch or in big garbage bins to avoid delivering them but collecting the money from the company theyre delivering forI am not the only one Im hearing this complaint from this company needs to be shut down.Initial Complaint

On December 6, 2024 I made a purchase through ****, they chose to use Raven Force Couriers to deliver this order. I was provided a guaranteed delivery window of Dec *****. According to tracking information my package was received on December 10 at the local airport where it went through customs and was cleared on Dec 12. Package was sent to courier sorting hub on Dec 13 where it stayed until 9:50 pm Dec 19 when it changed to out for delivery at final destination. At 1:41 pm on Dec 20 tracking information was updated to invalid address with no prior attempt at contact to verify address. Previous 5 orders from same company using same delivery courier had no issues with delivery. Numerous attempts at making contact have had no results. Tracking information provides a contact number for issues and twice started in queue at number 29 position only to have the call sent to voicemail at position 1. Used the press 2 to save your position and receive guaranteed callback with no callback received. Many such reviews in last 5 days on social media and ****** show this is an increasing problem. Asking for this company to be investigated. Original purchase totalled $256.20 this is not an amount I am willing to lose.Initial Complaint

- Unable to deliver multiple parcels (3) between December 8th through 14th. - no response to (2) emails, (1) text message, (9) calls, (2) voicemails. - tracking numbers provided shows changing details and information regarding delivery times and status. - I have not been contacted by a Ravenforce employee concerning any parcel, there are no missed calls or weve missed you notice stuck on the door. No footage of an employee attempting to deliver a parcel is showing on security cameras either. - seems unlikely that any attempt to deliver parcels were made, despite claims from company. - email address and phone number provided on website/tracking invoice do not provide customer services as advertised. - impossible to get through to an employee at ************** despite automated voice agent advising to remain in line. This delivery company reported they have attempted to deliver my package multiple times on different packages. All the days they have reported we were home, on the last attempt they have reported they filed it as they've tried to access at 05:49 where 5 people were home at the time. It isn't possible for 5 people to not hear a knock or a doorbell. Even the previous times they have reported no access someone was home. We have contacted this company for a call back and all times we have called we never got through even through emails. Total product shows on the receipt as credit as the previous delivery was not done on time so company sent a credit to use for a new purchase but courier did not deliver ahajnInitial Complaint

Heres the revised version:Raven Force Couriers: A Frustrating Experience Ive been waiting for my package for over seven days, and its still missing. Raven Force Couriers has made it impossible to get answers or resolve the issue. They dont have a valid phone number where anyone can reach them, dont return calls, ignore emails, and fail to respond to texts despite claiming thats an option. Their lack of communication and accountability has been incredibly disappointing. I still have no resolution to my problem and I still have not been able to get a hold of anybody. I ordered items on November 22 through Temu (a huge online company), with delivery scheduled for Saturday, November 30. Raven Force Couriers, the Metro Vancouver delivery partner for ****, provided notifications confirming this delivery date. On November 30, I received an Out for Delivery notification at 6:57 AM. However, just 65 minutes later, at 8:02 AM (again, Saturday morning @ 8AM!?), I received a second notification stating Failed Attempt, No Access. Later that day, I received another update saying the package was being returned to the central distribution center.I live in a townhouse with a CLEARLY ACCESSIBLE front door. The claim of No Access is both fraudulent and untrue. There was no delivery attempt.I tried calling Raven Force Couriers at least eight times, but no live person has ever answered. I followed up with an email 2 days later and received a reasonable response. However, after replying with a follow-up 48 hours later, Ive received no updates or responses for the past six days.While I understand that the Canada Post strike may have caused courier companies to experience a surge in business, the issues with Raven Force Couriers go far beyond delays. This appears to be part of a broader pattern of fraudulent practices.Hundreds of Metro Vancouver residents are experiencing similar issues. Raven Force Couriers' ****** Review and ******** pages are flooded with over 60 recent 1-star reviews in JUST THE LAST WEEK, all describing the same or similar problems. Additionally, this company has consistently received poor reviews over months/years and holds an F rating with you!This raises critical questions:Where are all these undelivered packages going?What is happening behind the scenes at Raven Force?How can this business be held accountable for these fraudulent practices?I am seeking intervention to address these this and ensure that this company is investigated and held responsible. A parcel was to be delivered between Nov 24 to 29; apparently several attempts were made at 11:59 p.m. I received an email indicating the parcel would be delivered as of Nov 29. I had a delivery expected from ****. The package showed that it arrived in ****** on November 18th and was due to be delivered before November 20th. I contacted the courier company Raven Force on Saturday November 23rd to inquire as I still hadn't received my package. My voice mail and emails were not returned. I then tried again on Monday where after an hour I finally got through. The person located my package in their system saying that it was in their warehouse and confirmed that their system showed 3 delivery attempts to my house and then returned to their warehouse. 1. I checked my security cameras and no one attempted delivery. 2. They had always left my package at my door as it is not a signature required delivery. He stared that he sent it up the chain and it would be delivered by the next day. On Tuesday November 26th I spent 1.5 hours on hold only to be disconnected 3 times every time I got close to the front of the que. I finally got an email from them stating that the delivery was sent back to the supplier due to failed delivery attempts - after I'd already told their customer agent that no one ever came to my house. I feel like they are stealing packages and not actually sending packages out for delivery.Initial Complaint

This company delivered a package to me that I ordered from ****. I live in an apartment building that has a parcel room with secured compartments (Snaile Mail) and instead of the delivery person putting it in the secured compartment they left it on the floor beside it exposed for anyone coming and going to access and therefore it was stolen. Not that Im accusing the delivery person of stealing it but I also dont discount it. Just because one takes a picture of the item on the floor doesnt mean they #1 didnt take it after they shot the picture and #2 that they delivered it properly. Its supposed to go in the Snaile Mail. I want Raven Force to take responsibility to be reimbursed for my purchase. It costed $81.60Initial Complaint

This company is absolutely horrible. Temu has used it for a few of my packages. 2 packages worth 400$ were never delivered. Marked as unable to deliver and no access. My home is incredibly easy to access. A third package got marked unable to deliver by a courier who had called and texted me and CHOSE not to deliver. He was incredibly rude and told me he expected immediate responses when he called and texted me. People are busy? Thankfully that one was received. A fourth package was delivered to the incorrect address (as were a few others) and then yet again another was marked unable to deliver. I have called both numbers for this company over 20 times. Left messages, waited on hold for 40 minutes to be told to leave a message and then hung up on, texted their text number many times and emailed countless times with NO responses. This company is atrocious and needs to correct their delivery service. Or at the very least hire people who can properly follow gps and street signs.
