    Both packages (2 different orders) show as unable to deliver which is completely false. I have proof via video camera no one attempted to deliver at our single family home. Orders were from **** and the courier company is providing fraudulent updates in the tracking system.

    Raven Force Couriers were tasked with delivering a parcel I ordered online thru the ********** site. The courier driver showed up at my address on Saturday the 16th of November, 2024 sometime after 4 pm. He called my cellular number several times. My call display showed that it was a suspended spam call, and I never answered it. He never attempted to buzz my apartment suite. Later in the evening I read an email that my order was delivered successfully. I went downstairs to the main.lobby of my apartment building and found no package in sight. On the courier company's website, there are several photos, one of which was the delivery driver standing outside the front entrance of my building holding my parcel. There was no photos of him placing the parcel safely inside the main lobby of my apartment building. I called there customer service and received very little help.

    I received a text message in the middle of the night from an unknown number. When I woke up I responded to the text to let the delivery person know that I was not awake during the delivery of my package. He did not respond. We looked at our camera one hour before and after the time of delivery and no delivery person attempted a drop off. I have been calling/on hold with the company for 3 days (day and night) only to have them continuously hang up on me before reaching anyone from customer service. I have left multiple voicemails and sent 2 emails to no avail. The tracking indicates that the attempt to deliver my package failed and no other updates online have been made to my account.We are moving, and we need this delivered. I am horrified that this company has no way to reach them and seems like a scam!!!Absolutely unacceptable!

    My package from TEMU was shown as "On the Way for Final Delivery" at 8:44 am on November 13th. I did not receive it. At 23:59 that night the update stated "Unable to Deliver". I live in a detached home in a nice neighbourhood. I work from home and I am home all day. My address is visible, I do not have a dog, and my street it not hard to find on GPS. I have not had any issues getting packages delivered until now. I called the number and waited on hold for over 30 minutes just to be passed off to voicemail. I left a clear message and then I called again and waited another 35 minutes or so until, once again, my call was redirected to leave a voicemail. I believe there are no customer service representatives working there. I then emailed them. No response. I want my package! TEMU should find another courier company judging by ALL the negative reviews here!

    I placed an online order that used Raven Force as the shipment provider. I received a tracking number and was receiving tracking updates. At 6:30 am on Wednesday, November 13 I received a message that it was out for delivery. At 11:59 pm I received an update that my package was unable to deliver yet no delivery attempt has been made. This company has delivered to my house previously. I have tried numerous times to contact the company at the number provided *************). I will wait on hold in queue for 30 minutes, starting at position 25 in queue, when I get to next in queue I am sent to a voicemail asking me to leave a message or press * to speak with an operator. No such operator exists. Messages are not returned, nor are emails or texts (as they indicate as alternatives to the phone). According to online forums this is a common complaint with this company. There is no way to get in touch with the company. Theyve essentially stolen my package and provided to means on communication. When I enter the tracking number now. It has no status update.

    On numerous occasions, Ravenforce couriers has been selected to deliver my parcels from the company I order from. I have contacted the company and they said sometimes Ravenforce picks it up even though I've asked for them not to.On my address label it says my name and then "BACK DOOR ONLY", and then my address. This is because I live in a high crime/drug area, 2 doors down from a homeless shelter where drug addicts see anyone who drives up to my house. I have contacted Ravenforce by phone twice in the past to explain the driver left my package on the front door steps, once right on top of my gate in view, and another at least went halfway to the backdoor and left it on the pathway. When I contacted them I was assured the drivers would be educated on adhering to the shipping address as well as any special instructions, yet even today's delivery they left at the front door. I have tried to contact Ravenforce regarding this issue (I had a delivery last week and that's when they left it on top of the gate). Every time I'm in "que" I waste upwards of 45 mins because then I get a recorded message that also says I can press * to get to the operator which doesn't work (the message just goes round and round)I've texted, as well as sent an email with my own photos showing the driver purposely leaves out the signage you CAN NOT MISS coming down the pathway, that also states "ALL DELIVERIES THROUGH GATE TO THE LEFT ??((because I also have a gate to the right) TO THE BACK DOOR, Thank you" and I am getting no response whatsoever. I have today went through the que to be #1 in line and then the recorded message came so I left a message stating I wanted a supervisor, manager or the owner even, to call me back because the driver(s) is scamming Ravenforce by not following through with the delivery as the label states. They are time theiving from them by not taking those extra footsteps to go to the back door and successfully completing the delivery. Photos of my back door.

    Hi there,I purchased a custom air freshener (with my face on it) for my husband's birthday on ********. It was to be delivered to my husband's office - and I received a notice that it had been delivered on August 14. However, it wasn't there. I contacted **** and they sent me the delivery confirmation, along with an image of where it had been delivered - to the wrong address in my husband's building. There is an image of someone signing, but that person does not work in my husband's office, it is a neighbouring company. We contacted the business but they couldn't find the package (still have not located it.) I contacted the courier with all the information, and after a few emails and they responded that they were not the courier (even with proof). I re-confirmed with **** and they again confirmed that it was Raven Force. I have tried to contact them by phone and email several times since and they will not respond.

    On 3 seperate occasions I was told by RavenForce that my package was "on the way". On Aug 29th I was told the package would be delivered by the end of day. It was not. On Aug 30th I was told that there was a "glitch" in the system and that she would esnsure the pacage was delivered on the weekend. It was not. On Sept 03 I was told the package was on the drivers truck over the weekend, he just didn't bother to deliver it. I was assured the package would be delivered within 2 hours. It was not.

    I ordered a package from Temu the package was suppose to be delivered on Aug 1, 2024 The Drivers use ****** Maps which take them to a field just past my house, Instead of looking for an address the driver marks it as no access ??? why would you even try to deliver to a non address field.I have been calling Raven Force all day I'm so many in line I get to number 1 to only have to leave a message ? why keep me on hold. I have emailed 4 times texted over and over again they are ignoring all of it

    On July 19, **************************************** the specified amount. On July 27, 2024 at 8:30 a.m a delivery notification was sent to me that the item was delivered. The picture that the courier took of them parcel on a doorstep did not match my home. I check my door and neighbours doors and no package was there. I contacted Raven force couriers almost everyday since then and only managed to speak one person who advised they would get back to me 3 days later. I never received a phone call back or email back. I have left multiple messages and voicemails without a call back. When I call back now the phone hangs up after waiting almost 45 minutes to speak to someone. Im requesting a refund as the courier is responsible for the proper delivery of the package. The lack of communication indicated they do not care.
