    Harry was very knowledgeable and informative, giving us all the information we needed to make an informed decision to keep our family safe. There was no pressure to make a purchase but he showed genuine care in wanting to help protect our family and save the most precious things in life we can't replace. No buyers remorse here! We will sleep more comfortably knowing if something were to happen, we will be ok.

    Lisa H******* met with us and identified fire safety risks in our home. She had many helpful suggestions and insights on how to minimize those risks. Lisa was knowledgeable, interesting and very kind when we asked the most basic of questions. She took the time necessary to explain things but did not drag her presentation out. I would highly recommend her.

    Harry, was awesome at explaining how many hazards there are in a house that can potentially create a deadly fire. He explained in detail of how other fire systems are not as reliable as we think and this was a big eye opener. He didn’t rush me into anything just basically showed me how important it was to get this system and in the end I’m so glad I made the decision to protect my family because now I have a piece of mind knowing that my family is safe if anything does happen. Thank you Harry!

    We chatted at the Vancouver Home Show this fall, and the team followed up…
    For context, our condo has had 9 (NINE) floods in the past 5 years and we have had, together, three house fires…
    The frailties of the sad smoke detectors sold is stores is not news to me, but the alternatives ?!?!
    Ooh, look, something that detects large particulates and heat rapidly rising… and water detectors that alert the app, owner AND emergency contacts who could actually go do something about it…

    Mardi and Negan walked us through the options, the recommendations and the reasons… and we are sold.
    If you are looking for a whole home alert system that detects more than your toast burning, check it out. Ask for Mardi.

    Fire safety session with Easton was informative & thorough. Appreciated the videos, learning more info & review of some things. A pleasant meeting was had. Installation was efficient & informative too. Stas was polite & respectful and allowed me to ask questions whenever they came up…another pleasant encounter to round out the whole thing experience
