    Harry is very well informed about fire safety and their products. His visit was very helpful to us and their concern for my family's safety is much appreciated and i highly recommend him to all of pur friends and family.     I have just had a very bad and stressful experience with this company. They had all my personal information as I received the cold call and they offered a gift outright. The sales people seemed very knowledgeable and professional and personable. They did a great job of selling the need for the ********** *******. The many video showings of fires and loss of life made me ripe for needing the best fire protection.
    They installed my sensors before I had time to even think about the costs and ramifications. At first opportunity I voiced my concerns. I didn't know what was installed, there was no original packaging, care instructions, manuals or warranty info. I couldn't tell if the sensors were even new. Eugene promised the warranties had all been filed for me and he would mail the manuals ....... nothing ever came to me. The stall was on and the contract time lapsed. I wanted the sensors removed. We had a couple of discussions and I was offered a discount to keep them. I went for that option at first but then preferred the other option to pay the $300. restocking fee and be done with them. I did think the Company would do the honourable thing, they had my charge card info all along, but Eugene refused to return my phone calls or emails and my wishes were ignored.
    Once I did research on the company and the ********** ******* I found they are the sole distributer here, they are extremely overpriced for what they are and the price fluctuates depending on who you are and if you give up personal contacts.
    When things went wrong for me with this company I did tell them I felt it was my duty to warn as many people away as I could.

    Proper fire safety is as much of a good idea now as it was when you first saw the information. You had great feedback about the free information and even wanted your entire strata to upgrade from the minimum standard fire protection.
    You received an entire folder with information including magazines. Your request for extra hard copies of the manuals was mailed the same day. Your call saying that you did not receive the mail was followed with an immediate management staff personally delivering it to your home which is not something we normally do. We did as much as we could in a very timely manner.
    As we have spoken, you thought it was a good idea several times we spoke which included when we had management staff come and visit you. It is very unfortunate that your doubts came from neighbours and people that have not had the chance to see the information. As we perviously offered, we would gladly show those who put the doubts in your mind so that they can give you their educated opinion after seeing all the facts.

    I wasn't going to bother responding because my issues were not addressed. The Company chose to think that I was thrilled with their products and glossy folders and some of their statements were not true. They then passed me over **** * *** *** **** ** ********* ***** ***** *******. I never complained about the service. The salesmen are great at what they do BUT, the M.O. is to ambush the client, upsell and oversell their Omnishield sensors and install them quickly before there is time to consider the purchase. The price fluctuates if you give up your personal contacts for their future sales. The sensors are very very overpriced and once I had time to comparison shop, **** ****** *******. I do not know if the sensors installed in my home were new or used and I do not know if the warranties were ever applied. Then, the Company reneged when I chose to return the sensors and pay the $300. restocking fee.     Harry was very helpful and friendly. The safety meeting was an eye opening experience. He was very caring and patient with us. He really took his time to explain everything thoroughly. The information was very helpful and the products are excellent. We will definitely be spreading the word about the company and recommend Harry to all of our friends.

    The information about fire is eye opening especially the speed of fire today. The home safety system is trusted technology that is familiar and been around for a long time.
