      Never buying again.
      Regular customer for years.
      Received email for holiday sale.
      Order confirmation with free shipping.
      1 MONTH no shipment or contact then G2GCo asks me to pay for shipping, something about rural/remote locations **** ** *******.
      I offer to SPEND more money to make it a better deal for them.
      Told I have to call in to change order and even then it might not meet their shipping requirements. This seemed like a hassle.
      In summary, I followed G2GCO link to spend money, received an order confirmation listing free shipping, waited a month with no shipment or message from the company, then offered to spend more money.
      You could have increased minimum order amount for free shipping, * ******* ****. I offered to spend more money.
      You could have messaged within a month.
      You could have just covered the shipping that I have a confirmation email stating is free.

      Thank you for your comment and for talking to me today about our shipping policy and your experience. Although there is a higher cost to shipping now, we do our very best to offer free shipping as much as possible, without raising our prices too much. But there are times when we do ask to partner the costs with our customers.
      However, there are better ways to communicate and provide a pleasant experience.
      Our customers, their opinion and their experiences are very important to us. I look forward to being able to make this right.

      I placed in order on Dec 13th 2022 with an expectation that the order would be processed in 2-3 business days (as indicated on their website). I was told that the camping kettle would not arrive until February 2023 and the water filter "sometime" in January 2023. This is really poor communication and customer service - Their website should indicate when an item is Out of Stock or on Pre Order. They have lost my business and will not attempt to order from them again. **** **

      Thank you for your honest assessment of your experience. We never wish our customers to have a bad experience and I am so sorry that yours was. We are working on systems to change this for our customers and although you do not want to buy from us again, I do hope that you will change your mind and give us a chance to show how much our customers mean to us.

      Poor customer service. Took my money without sending out a product and after several attempts at contact informed that it would be several months before they would ship. Wouldn’t trust this company again as they don’t have trustworthy practises or good communication.

      I am so sorry for your experience. We try very hard to let our customers know if our suppliers notify us with any shortages or delays. Unfortunately, suppliers do not always let us know or do not let us know in a timely manner for us to pass this information on to our customers. I am very sorry that in your case you had to reach out to us to find out about the status of your order before we reached out to you. Our customers are very important to us but in your case we did not show you that. We again, apologize for this experience.

      You might well get some difficult-to-find items at a reasonable price, just don't order if you are in a hurry. I ordered from Good2GoCo on Sep 3, 2022, thinking 7 - 10 business days isn't that bad - not the norm these days, but hey. On the 20th, I wrote them an email because I hadn't heard a thing and got a very friendly response _a full week_ later, advising me that there was a delay with one of the items in my order. While they offered the option to cancel, I decided to wait it out - there were saddlebags matching the camo pattern on my backpack that I had been trying to get in Canada for months before I came across their web site. It took another 3 weeks or so for my shipment to arrive, which was still in time in my particular case. There were no additional charges, plus a spork included as a gift and a hand-written note - nice touch, although I wish they would have been a bit more transparent and responsive along the way.
      I'll buy from them again no doubt, making sure to give it enough time (something that has gone lost in our "instant-satisfaction-society").

      Great experience overall. Items shipped within 2 weeks, arrived in great condition. I was a little worried about long delivery times and unexpected shipping fees after reading other customer’s reviews but Good2GoCo did not disappoint. No extra fees, shipping was prompt and they even threw in a free emergency blanket along with a handwritten thank you note. Keep up the great work, I would happily order from them again!

      I have ordered from Good2GoCo on two occasions & would not hesitate to order in future. After placing my order, I was surprised to read a few negative reviews & wish to assure anyone dealing with them, they are indeed legit & most professional.       Started off good, made a few orders and they shipped and arrived when expected. Now their websites mentions a completely made up delay in shipping times, 7-10 business day. My last two orders, totalling 1500$ took a month to process and we're only shipped after many emails trying to get an answer on the delay. My recent order is on day 18 and still hasn't shipped and no reply by email. If your shipping times are 7-10 days, great. They are not, update to 1-2 months and no one will be blindsided with the wait times. I love the company and would like to continue to purchase my supplies through them but I'm strongly leaning towards going back to ***. They have most of the same gear and have never left me waiting for my order or info on it. Fingers crossed good to go can step up their game
