      Ordered and paid for a freeze drier April 5,2023. Have not received freeze drier or follow-up email for at least a month now. I am worried now I chose the wrong company.

      Been approximtaly 6 months since I have paid them for a product. They have not reponded to multiple phone call and emails over a number of these. There seems to be a lot of people in this situation as I search around dating back quite a while. I am thinking about calling police to make a ***** complaint.       Over 1 month with no update on my $300 order! No one answers the phone number they provide, they just refer you to an email that no one responds to. I think it may be a scam site at this point and am pursuing my credit card company to get reimbursed.

      A week after placing my order they had not replied to any emails from me asking to confirm that the item was in stock and to get a shipping update.Their phone number is never answered; it is only an automated message claiming that they are too busy and insist on being contacted by email.Maybe they are slow, overworked, etc., but in order to be cautious and also because I need to have some sort of assurance that this item (an expensive tent) is going to be shipped within some reasonable period of time I've cancelled my order and disputed "good to go ***** charge with the bank.I'm glad to see from other reviews here that at least this appears to be a real company. But I recommend others to be careful about these people.

      Update: I just wanted to add that, since posting the above review, I have heard back by email and by phone from employees of Good to ****** and they have been helpful and have apologized for the delay. Although I've decided to order elsewhere this time, I would consider trying again and attempting to place another order with the company in the future.

      Have dealt with this company a number of times over the past several months. ************** have tended to be a little slow, but that is acceptable to me as long as the end result is positive. My last order, however, was placed on May 10th with the understanding (as stated by Good2Go) that processing would take place after one or two business days. Well, it is now the middle of June with those one or two business days having long since come and gone, and still nothing. Emailed inquiries remain unanswered, and it seems impossible to reach them by phone. I have not entirely given up hope, but I am reaching that stage. Although satisfied with their service in the past, those satisfaction levels are rapidly dropping.

      The company has reached out to me. My biggest concern was that my queries were seemingly being ignored. This, naturally enough, I found to be unacceptable and a great many doubts began to arise in my mind.Fortunately, answers have finally been sent me. I suspect this is a case where limited staffing came into play as it was explained that the person responsible for providing responses to such inquiries as mine was absent due to illness, and during this absence no one else was tasked with taking on this role. The reason for the delivery delay was revealed to be supplier difficulties, and I found the answer (more comprehensive than what I have merely summarized here) acceptable. Now that my concerns are being addressed, I have expressed a willingness to wait for the stock availability issue to be resolved

      Worst company ever, placed an order on April 27 and now its June never receive my order , they reply email once and said they dont have my items in stock, then they never reply my email anymore.

      10 days no sign of my order thats was supposedly shipped and no answer from emails send. I am looking for tracking ans to guarantee that Good2GoCo is a real company. Im truly concerned now.
