      I keep getting phone calls from this business and I don’t understand why.

      We received a parking ticket from coltus lake. Whiggins adjustments sent some
      Mail asking for the money. It was my grandsons problem but my car. Eventually I got him to pay the bill on or about June 24 2021 for the amount owing which was $120.00 Since then I have been receiving phone calls with messages telling us to pay it indicating they had not received the funds we sent. As time passed and as I kept ignoring their calls I forgot we paid the ticket. And so after time I paid it again on July 30 2022. I am still receiving calls for payment. I cannot contact whiggins they don’t answer the phone. I would like my second payment returned and I would like them to stop calling. I can’t even block them as they find new ways to call me. **** **** ** **** ** ******* *** ** ** **** **** * **** ****** ******* *** *** ****** ** **** ** ******* ** ****** ********* Can you help me? I’d be ever so grateful. Thank you so much for listening

      Hello *****, I think I can clear up the confusion. On June 24th, one **** ***** called in to our office and paid a settlement of $120.00 on a ******* Parking ticket that was $143.03 via a Mastercard. Then on August 2nd we received payment for a ****** **** ****, parking ticket in the amount of $140.00 again, via Mastercard.

      And just an FYI, there is one more ticket in your name unpaid in our system issued on by September 20 2021 in the amount $175.00

      A robot keeps calling me with no information, and I work 12 hours every day so I don't have time to call these people back. I'm hoping the company can tell me what my so called "debt" is like they did for everyone else who filed a complaint

      The balance is $43.75 and you can use one of the following options to pay:


      You can pay by **** or ********** (but note: that a 3.5% credit card convenience fee
      will be charged) by phone, or return email (please include card number, expiry
      date, and CVV from the back of the card), referring to your 7 digit account
      number ******** or, if you deal with a major Canadian bank or Credit Union, you can
      pay thru online banking like you would pay a regular bill by selecting “Wiggins
      Adjustments Ltd” from the list of payee’s and using your 7 digit account
      number.

      If you bank at a Credit Union or
      Major Bank, you can send payment via E-Transfer, thru Online banking, by
      sending the transfer to ************************ and using your 7 digit account number as the security question, and WIGGINS as
      the answer.

      Or, you may make your certified
      cheque / money order PAYABLE to Wiggins Adj Ltd, and mail it to
      my address (seen below) with attention to your 7 digit account number.

      This collections agency has not updated my last set of payments on my credit report. I have been paying up a bill that is old. However my payments are not being reported and my balance is overstated.

      Hello ********, we send monthly reports to the credit bureau showing current balances on accounts. If your particular balance has an error, this would be a matter for the credit bureau to correct as we report the balance showing on the file. The last reported balance is $440.40, I have set a special report to go out immediately to the bureau reporting this balance.
