I wish I could give a glowing review of my experience with Centra windows, but sadly, thats not the case. The sales rep who visited was a nice enough young man, but contacted us the next day to try to increase the quoted price (by nearly $2k) because he forgot to include the price for the colour of the exterior frame. I tried to cancel the entire project because Id lost faith in the companys process. I explained it felt like a bait and switch scam and was really a Centra Windows problem not mine. He talked to his manager and the price stayed at the original quote. The sales rep also told us the installers would be able to work around a small shed on the deck, however, when the installation rep visited, he said the shed would have to move. He also gave us tentative dates for the installation and advised that if anything changed they would make contact. I heard nothing from them and on the day specified was told it would be 2 weeks later. In anticipation of the original date and no advice to the contrary our house was prepared as we were told in a leaflet given by the install man. ** *** ****** ******** *** it was a great deal of work to move furniture, remove blinds, rearrange the outdoor area, etc. when the later date arrived the crew was 2 men who were very disorganized and only one seemed to have a clue what to do. Later that day a team of an additional 3 men arrived to get the job back on schedule, so the first crew scrambled to clean up the work site and finally lay the drop cloths to protect our carpets. The 2nd day the original crew of 2 showed up plus one more worker. Between personal phone calls and essentially one guy doing most of the work it was a joke. I would never, under any circumstances, recommend Centra Windows to any one.

The fact that youre sorry about my experience does nothing to help me. While I hope it doesnt happen to any of your customers in the future, I feel I should be compensated for the lack of customer service on the part of ******************. Other than my house and vehicle this was the greatest expenditure Ive undertaken and was so badly disappointed in your company I was left feeling ripped off.L. B.

I had ordered 3 new doors through the salesman for Supreme Windows 2 years ago. The first year all 3 cracked down the side slab of the door. They replaced all 3 doors. Unfortunately same thing happened to 2 of the doors the following year, which I learned that Centra was now the owner. Poor ******* took the brunt of my frustrations as they were not willing to do anything except to wood fill the cracks!!! I took my concerns to a manager who agreed to replace the one door. ******* came back out and explained to me why this kept happening. He was very professional knowledgeable and understanding! He showed me how to adjust the bottom of the doors and the strike plates if they needed to be adjusted again. He went above and beyond and said if I looked for square plates (all 3 doors had circular rings on the knobs) he would ***** out the other 2 doors for a square plate and that would alleviate any more cracking. He came back out and installed all 3 doors with square plates. Cleaned the areas when finished!! Thank you so much *******!!! We're very happy with the quality of our Centra windows. We had half the windows in our house replaced last year, and found that even with only half the windows replaced there was a noticeable reduction in street noise and heat transfer (warmer in the winter, cooler in the summer) so we did the rest of the house this year. We received great service from Centra. The windows came a week ahead of schedule, and the installers: ************, **************, and **************, did a great job - they were professional, courteous, tidy and efficient.Centra Windows & Installs Pros

Have had wonderful service from the getgo! Dereck D****** sales and quote far more trustworthy and open than those of competetors’ quotes, both higher and lower! Very timely service and installation! More than happy with results. Installers Aaron P. and Ryan S. we’re absolutely punctual, did what seems a fantastic job and left everything spotless! ******** ******** I had my windows done in 2021 and they came out 3 times to “fix” them. I had cracked caulking on all windows, water pouring in through 3 and we freeze in the winter even with a wood stove ( we are actually going through more wood with the new windows) the road noise is awful * ** *** ***** *** ******** ******* **** *** **** ***** ***** **** the road noise wakes my granddaughter up constantly! They just came and replaced all the frames ( except 1 sliding glass door so now it looks different from the rest) and they did so much damage to my window sills with their crow bars, and one of the windows they slammed so hard in it actually pushed the moulding off the wall so now there is a big gap with lots of draft, they cracked another window sill and left spray foam all over my floors! This last year and a half has been a nightmare with my new $25K windows! ****** ** *** **** **** ** * **** * **** ***** ****** ** ************* ** ******* *** ********** My granddaughters room is so cold we have to have a heater in there so she can play and sleep! I was even told at one point I needed to take the moulding off every window and fill with insulation, and that windows create a tornado effect and blow cold air back into the room?! So why did you tell me to go with the most expensive ones to block out the sound and keep the cold air out and warm air in!
