Package was supposed to be delivered by ******* on Jan 17th. I was not at home so they said they would re-deliver and that I had 10 days to re-schedule a delivery time. ******* website down. Uni Uni tracking link-broken. No way to contact them. Then after 3 days i received a message that the package was being shipped back overseas after no 2nd delivery attempt was ever made! Seeing I'm having the same issue as many others. Package was supposed to be delivered Dec 23rd but was marked "Incorrect Address". This is a subscription box that has been delivered many times. The address is not incorrect. I contacted Uniuni to check on the address and confirmed it is correct. I even gave them my phone number in case they ran into the issue again. They mentioned a second delivery attempt would be made. 5 days later there was no change so I called again. I was then told I needed to wait 10 days total and call back if there is no change. On Jan 16th I called back for a 3rd time and the agent put me on hold while he contacted the warehouse. 10 mins later he came back to say it would be delivered on the 20th between ********am. There was no delivery. I check the tracking today and it now says that the package is being returned to the vendor! I called for a 4th time and the agent says he has no idea why another attempt wasn't made and why they are returning the package when they have had it for less than 30 days, as per their policy it shouldn't be returned yet. He also said now he cant contact the warehouse. So basically I just can't get an answer from them. I've waited on hold for a accumulated time of 5 hours and they haven't tried to complete the delivery once. They unfortunately seem to be the last mile carrier for a bunch of my packages and I worry about this happening with them all. They have no regard for how frustrating this is. The address on the package clearly states *** store, the package was delivered to a store that was not open and dropped in front. The package was subsequently stolen by somebody because it was delivered to a shoe store and not the correct store that was on the label.This is the second time this company has done it, they have no way to contact them no recourse and I lost $5,000 package because of incompetence.Business Response

On Dec 13 ******* received my package. I tracked it on Dec 15th to see failed delivery attempt and called, sat on hold over an hour for them to tell me my order has been sent to the warehouse as we are outside the delivery area. I gave them my inlaws address in /************, which they previously delivered my husbands package too only to be told that is outside of their delivery zone. I asked if I could pick it up and was told that is not an option as well. I am rejecting this response because: they had told me on 3 seperate occasions that my delivery was scheduled and would be delivered to the address which was inside the delivery zone. There is no reason my package should have been sent back if they were doing their job as they said to me they were and put it out for delivery. Unacceptable service and nothing but lies and a run around. You wait on hold for over an hour anytime you call them only to be told it's in the warehouse and will be sent out in the next 10 days but for over a month I have been told that and now they send it back to the vendor. Those were christmas presents and who knows how long a refund will take so I can reorder.Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with and I order alot of online product.

I purchased 115 pieces of jewelry from a vendor that subsequently shipped the items through UniUni from ***** to the **. They forgot to put the house number on my shipment however the STREET NAME, STATE, AND ZIPCODE are the same. UNIUNI accepted this package previously and upon checking the tracking number it seemed that the delivery address was incorrect for uniuni side and I called customer service and emailed them with the updated house number. They informed me that the updated address is out of their delivery service and that the package will be returned back to the sender. I asked them how is the address it out of the delivery area if it was only missing the house number, its the same street, the street is only a total of 150 feet. They didnt have an answer. Its US law for a delivery company to reasonably try to deliver a package. Clearly UNIUNI doesnt want to pay the last mile delivery third party vendors in my area. I offered to pickup the package wherever its at but uniuni refused. I even offered to pay extra to get my package, UniUni refused. I will be contacting my lawyer to figure out how I will be compensated for my lost time with this package, as the contents of the package were business inventory. If you average my shops revenue per jewelry, that will be $28.75. So for 115 pieces, UNIUNI is the cause for my company missing out on $3,305.25 in lost revenue during this period. I kindly ask UniUni to allow me to pickup my package, or to give me a option to pay extra to get my package delivered to me to avoid all this legal issues.Business Response

Uni Express was assigned as the last mile ******* for an item I purchased through **** from *****. Uni express received my item in mid December for delivery. An attempt was made to deliver my item but it was returned to the warehouse. According to their tracking number there was an issue with my address. I was emailed about the problem and replied to the email confirming my address. I also called and waited on hold for over 40 minutes and spoke to a customer service representative again confirming my address. I got an email on the 2nd of January saying my item had been scheduled to be redelivered in 5-7 business days. 5-7 days have long since past and i still do not have my item. I emailed Uni Express again asking about it, to wich I received an automated reply saying someone would get back with me in ***** hours. To which no one did. I haven't heard anything from Uni Express since that email. I was billed over $50.00 from my cell provider for the international call to customer service because the wait times for the American customer service phone number was over 2 hours. UniUni is some kind of delivery service. I had never heard of them before, and did not opt to use their services. I was told this week that they had a package for me but would not be delivering it to my address, which was correct and accurate. There were no impediments to being able to complete the delivery. Every other service manages to deliver my mail without issue. Their automated email said I could either provide an alternate address (I have none) or pick up the package from their warehouse. I tried to contact them twice via their support ticket system, but have still not received a response and it has been four business days. I contacted them via phone yesterday and was told that I had to provide an alternate address, and that there is no warehouse in the ** (anywhere near me), that they only have warehouses in ******. The person on the phone had no other information and was not listening, kept repeating those same two pieces of information until I gave up and ended the call. I am rejecting this response because:They could easily deliver my property to the post office, just as easily as they deliver to anywhere else. Other UniUni customers have confirmed that ******************** drivers have been able to walk into their places of business, some of them requiring special permission to enter, to drop deliveries at the front desk. Every other delivery service manages to do this simple thing. They walk in the post office, just as they'd walk into any business, and drop the parcel off at the front desk. I have never had an issue with any delivery service until now, and I have had this address for >5 years. UniUni is not impeded in any way from doing this, they simply do not want to.
They do not have warehouses in *****************, as their phone representative informed me. Other delivery services provide the option to pick up the parcel at their warehouse location, but UniUni does not permit this.
Also, they ignored all of my attempts to contact them (except the time I called them, and sat on hold for 40 minutes) until they received this BBB complaint. I'm feel certain they would never have returned any of my messages if I hadn't filed a BBB complaint.

I am rejecting this response because:Your earlier response contained exactly the same rote phrasing I've been told at least a dozen times by now. How about you answer my specific complaints, instead of copy + pasting something generic? I will keep this process with BBB going for as long as their system allows, until you do.
I did not select to use UniUni's services. I placed an order, and was told the order would be delivered via ****. I had never even heard of UniUni before I received the first email from you saying that UniUni had my property in their possession, but would not be delivering it. Your policies were not known to me when I placed the order. Again, I did not know your company existed and I did not opt to use your services.
Your policies apparently were not known to the sender either, because they entrusted your company with the delivery. But UniUni knows its own policies, clearly. So why did UniUni accept the responsibility of delivering my property when the address was clearly a post office? Does UniUni regularly accept and take payment for the delivery of packages that are undeliverable?
That's the first part of my complaint: UniUni accepted my package and received payment for it from the sender, even though you *knew* that you could not deliver it.
The second part of my complaint is that you gave me no alternative way of claiming or receiving the package. Every delivery service I've ever heard of allows the recipient to come collect their mail at the company's facility if delivery could not be completed. For some reason, this is not an option for UniUni. Your representative said it is because UniUni only has warehouses in ******. But that is absurd. The person who "attempted" (never actually attempted) to deliver my package to the post office didn't drive to ***************** from somewhere over the Canadian border. You could have given me the address of a location where I could collect my property. Literally every other delivery service makes this possible.
Third part of my complaint is that I was told by your representative that you deliver to business addresses. That your drivers are capable of taking the package inside a building and dropping it off at the front desk. That is precisely what it takes to deliver to a post office. You open a door, walk up to a counter and drop off the package with absolutely no wait. The counter is full of packages because *literally every other* delivery service does this. Without a fuss. Without confusion. It's not hard.
I would like an actual response, from someone who has actually read what I've taken the time to write here. I wouldn't have filed a complaint, regardless of what else transpired, if you had only responded to my *specific* queries at any point when I tried to contact you directly. I made at least five attempts by different methods. Your refusal to respond to customer queries makes your company seem dishonest and very unprofessional.

UniUnis Delivery Policy UniUni does not deliver to PO Boxes, including post office locations. This policy is outlined in our FAQs and is a standard industry practice for many courier services. While we understand that you did not personally select UniUni as your courier, the shipping method is determined by the sender, not by us.
Acceptance of the Parcel The parcel was handed over to UniUni by the sender as part of their logistics process. UniUni does not control how vendors choose their couriers or which addresses they input. The sender selected our service for the final-mile delivery, and our system flagged the address as undeliverable upon processing. When this happens, the parcel is returned to the sender at no cost to the recipient.
Pickup Option Unlike traditional retail carriers, UniUni operates a non-public warehouse system, meaning our facilities are not set up for in-person parcel pickups. We understand that this differs from other courier services you may be familiar with, but this is a core part of our operational model.
Delivery to Businesses vs. PO Boxes While UniUni delivers to business addresses, a post office is not a business location where deliveries can be accepted in the same manner. Other couriers may have different agreements with postal locations, but UniUni follows its own delivery policies and procedures.

I had multiple packages not be able to be delivered to a military base. I called UNIUNI and gave them an address they could deliver to and was told it would be delivered within 10 business days and haven't seen either order.
