This is regarding an order from Yesstyle with the tracking number GV25US00U001284755. This order was out for delivery on 2/27/2025 by Uniuni. During the morning on 2/28/2025, I noticed Uniuni called at 12:37AM to attempt to deliver the package. I also received an email from Yesstyle at 1:45AM stating delivery attempt was failed. I am confused as to why they even attempted to deliver a package after midnight. The delivery status is now stuck at "Failed delivery attempt, returning to the warehouse. Ordered items on Fashion Nova. Never had a problem with them as far a shipping was concerned because they used either *** or ****** I always planned so that my items be dropped to a location ( Staples or Super C), so that I am able to get it myslef and that it does not get stolen or that the drivers wasted time delivering while I am not home. This last delivery has handed of to ******* BY ***. Once I saw that information on the *** website, I know I would not get it. Package was never delivered. Only a notice of "failed delivery attempt". Their website recommends to open a ticket however their customer support ticket system is not functional. Every time I have attempted to submit a support ticket for issue there is a pop-up stating "Failed to create ticket. Please try again". There was never a delivery attempt as noted by camera review. This has happened multiple times on multiple packages. Speaking with customer service on the phone gave zero additional details into resolving this issue.Business Response

Had an **** package that was delivered to the wrong address. The delivery confirmation photos clearly show an apartment that is not mine, not even in the same neighborhood. I contacted UniUni to resolve and was asked to provide a picture of my apartment's front door/porch area, which I provided. They informed me I'd hear back from them within 24 hours. I did not. I called back and they told me it would be 48 hours. I called back 3 days later after no response. I was told that I would receive a certificate to provide to the **** seller so I could receive a replacement or refund. They told me it would be expedited and to expect it in my email later that day. I did not receive it. Now they hang up on me as soon as I give them the tracking number. I thought it was an accidental disconnect at first, but after three times in a row I know it's intentional. I placed an order on Temu on February 20, 2025, for a total of $23.26 in Temu credit and 84 in cash. The package was sent through a company called UniUni, based in ******. *** had similar issues with other companies before, so I was already on guard. I did some research and found that UniUni has a lot of negative reviews and complaints about stealing, lying, breaking packages, and more. Theres no way to contact them, which is a huge red flag. I tried reaching out to them through their website and gave them an alternate address just in case. Today, February 27, 2025, they said they were out for delivery, but about an hour ago, they said the carrier couldnt deliver my package. I had a feeling this might happen, so I asked Temu not to send my packages through them, but it didnt stop them. Ive been calling this company for seven days straight to try and avoid this issue. I have a feeling that companies like this, which arent based in the ************* and arent big companies like **** or *****, have these problems and dont have any customer service. Ive attached multiple reviews from other people about this company, what theyre claiming the issue is with the delivery, and other proof. I also have an audio recording from my phone that shows what the process is like and what happens when you try to make a phone call to this company. Im calling the right number. Ive sent out at least two tickets now to try and get this resolved. Theyre saying theyre sending my package back to the original country it came from, but I dont want that. I just want them to do their job and deliver my package or give me an address to their warehouse where I can pick it up myself. I wont tolerate my package being stolen or lied to. This company is impossible. I literally just talked to them about calling me upon delivery since by buzzer is broken after spending over 20 mins on hold. Once again no call and now the product is heading back to the warehouse. They actually lost a previous order of mine. I imagine theft must be rampant here. And to make matters even worse, I can't even submit a ticket to customer service so now I am supposed to sit and wait another at least 20 mins on hold just to reiterate the same simple information - CALL ME. Submitting this because Uniuni only seems to care when complaints are listed ******* order was supposed to be delivered days ago and I believe based on hundreds of similar scenarios, it will be stolen and marked as lost, or a fake delivery will be created. I need my package ******** fail to deliver my package because the error code said there is no unit number. It is a HOUSE. There is no unit numbers when you live in a house. I called you and logged two tickets to verify address, received no response and nobody picked up. Finally the next day after 2 hours on hold, somebody picked up and assured me address is correct and they will try again tomorrow. They tried again and the same thing occurred, no unit number error. Clearly they are not communicating to anyone, their entire customer service is just incompetent low level positions that put your tracking into the same site and read to you what it says. Seriously? Called back after failed delivery again, was told I can pick up monday and they will let me know address and when it is ready. Of course, I received nothing, and Monday came and nobody reached out. Currently the package is marked as delivering back to warehouse. I called back one final time and was hung up on, and the menu keeps looping. I am not sure if they took an extra step to block my number, or their phone system is as useless as their customer support. I expect ********************** to respond to this claiming falsely that the package is lost or some other meager excuse. My package was supposed to be delivered 2/21/2025. UniUni couldn't deliver and claimed my address didn't exist. I have lived in the same home for a decade. I was informed it would be rescheduled in ***** hours. It has now been 4 days or 96 hours without any update or change in status. Every day it is late I am losing money. When I called UniUni they told me I had to wait for it to be rescheduled. If the package isn't delivered today it will be 120 hours of delay with no explanation.Business Response

I preordered a product and it shipped about a month ago. Since 1/17 it has been in UniUni hands. I have tried emailing and calling customer service to no avail. They had two failed delivery attempts on 2/16 but I never saw them. The package was sent back to the warehouse where it now says scanned parcel processing delay, five days later.
