I purchased an item from **** and was provided the tracking number on 3/16/2025. The item was marked as "failed delivery attempt, returning to warehouse on 4/7/2025. I waited two more days for an update in the tracking and on the third day, attempted to call customer service for a status update.I was then informed after sitting on hold for 45 minutes, that my address was too far away and the package was to be returned to sender and that I should have the sender try to ship it again. I ordered a product from ******** which was $80. It was shipped on April 3rd 2025 and out for delivery on April 5th 2025 by ******* delivery service. On April 6th they stated they made a delivery attempt and that was not true. There is a 24/7 concierge service where I live and no package delivery attempt was made for me. I called the same day and sent an email no response. I called again Monday April 7th someone answered I expressed my concern they hung up in my ear after I waited on hold for over 30min. My package has been saying they will redeliver in 24hours which has not happened 3 days later. I spoke to another *** yesterday April 8th who literally told me that a failed delivery attempt does not have to mean the driver came to my home to deliver, WHICH IS CRAZY! it could mean the driver was lost, stopped by police, or simply did not have time to deliver my package This is absurd and unacceptable costumer service. Then he proceeds to tell me that he cant tell me when it will be updated but their site states 24-48hrs which we are way pass that window. This company is starting to feel like a scameven though I know theyve delivered some items before. But after looking into it more, I found a lot of complaints about UniUni, the carrier they use, marking packages as delivered when theyre not.I ordered some clothing from ***** 14 days ago. ***** now says the package is lost and blames UniUni for not updating the tracking. I submitted a support ticket over eight days ago and still havent received a single **************, I finally called. I was on hold for about 10 minutes, and when someone answered, I could barely understand him. He told me my package was never sent out. That was frustrating because ****** own website shows it was picked up by UniUni, and UniUnis tracking shows that after clearing customs, it was handed over to an express delivery carrier on April 2.I told him that the package hasnt moved in 14 days, and its clearly not sitting in ***** anymoreits supposedly with an express carrier now. He said hed look into it, but instead, he hung up on me when he had no other information to give.This seems to be the pattern with this company. If a package is lost or they dont have answers, they stop communicating. Theres a language barrier, and even when you do what they asklike filling out support ticketsthey just dont respond. At this point, Im not even sure theyre reading the tickets with how backed up they must be.I just want to know where my package is. I ordered it on March 21. It was picked up. It left the warehouse. It cleared customs. The last update was on April 2, saying it was transferred to the express delivery provider. It was supposed to arrive no later than March 30, and now no one seems to know where it is. This company UniUni is horrible and I guarantee they are going to start getting A LOT of complaint's. After reviewing the tracking information, we can confirm that the last recorded status in UniUnis system is Order Received (Scan Code 190), dated March 20. This means the shipment data was electronically shared with UniUni by the vendor or their logistics provider, but the parcel itself has not yet been physically transferred to our network. As of now, we have not received or scanned the parcel at any of our facilities.
How the Delivery Process Works:
When an order is placed, the vendor or seller assigns the shipment to a first-mile carrier, who is responsible for picking up the parcel, processing it, and preparing it for export if it originates overseas. Once the parcel clears customs and is physically handed off to UniUni, we scan it into our system and tracking begins on our side.
In this case, although we received electronic shipping data, we do not yet have the parcel in hand. We also do not receive updates from the vendor or first-mile carrier until the parcel physically enters our delivery network.
Until that happens, all responsibility for shipment location and next steps lies with the vendor or first-mile carrier.
We also sincerely apologize for the delay in response to your support ticket and for the experience you described over the phone. We are actively working to improve communication, reduce wait times, and provide clearer resolution paths for situations like this.
To proceed, we recommend reaching out to CIDER, as they remain responsible for the shipment until UniUni officially receives it. They can assist with investigating the delay or arranging a replacement if necessary.

Uniuni accepted a shipment and agreed to deliver to my address. They made one "attempt" to deliver, although there is no evidence to suggest they did that. Address is a business that is open seven days a week, the address is clearly marked on ****** maps, and is in large white numbers on a grey building. Since that time, through multiple communications with them, they have not provided any options for recovering the delivery.They keep sending a statement that says "We regret to inform you that your parcel's delivery address is outside our service area, and we cannot deliver it to this location. To resolve this, we recommend contacting your vendor and asking them to choose an alternative carrier to deliver to your address and reship your parcel. While we recognize that the address is a legitimate, open business, UniUni has defined geographic limits, and unfortunately, your location falls outside of those boundaries.
We acknowledge your concern regarding the delivery attempt. Based on our records, a driver was assigned and routed once, but due to the system restriction on coverage, we could not proceed with further delivery attempts.

This is the worst business ever. Complete garbage and has a system of not helping their customers. I have sent about 8 support tickets to update my delivery instructions in the most dumbed down, foolproof way and they still didn't deliver my parcel. This complaint is regarding a Temu order placed by my wife and I, that was guaranteed to be delivered to us by April 02, 2025. Temu managed to ship the order from ***** to ********* within 48 hours, however the tracking information went dormant after the package was received by Uniuni and as far as I know, has now been sitting in ********** (less than half an hour from my home) for a little under one week. After multiple attempts to contact the company I have had no success. Sitting on hold for sometimes up to 1 hour only to have it finally ring a few times and then abruptly get hung up on. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating company to try to deal with. There is no way this company should be accredited in any way with the BBB. I ordered 6 items from temu. They used uniuni as the courier. They first told me they attempted to deliver at 1:03 am, April 1st. They said they couldnt get ahold of me. Ive had multiple deliveries before from temu and they have never needed me to receive them. I also have cameras around my property to prove no one came to my home then.I called five times to ask about when they might give me an update on what happens next and I was purposefully hung up on each time. Today April 2nd, I was able to get ahold of someone and they said they tried again last night at 10 pm. I once again have cameras to prove this never happened and that supposedly delivery was not labeled on their tracking site. I ordered my boyfriend a gift from a company called Hokuro. It was initially supposed to be delivered to his job, ******************************************************, but I was contacted by a UniUni driver and informed that they could not deliver to the front desk of ***** I then provided an alternate address via a support ticket and got no reply. I called and spoke with an agent who not only told me I needed to call back and provide a new address, which they had already because he literally read it aloud from his computer to me, but he also stated it wasnt his job to update the address and then hung up on me. I had sat on hold for 34 minutes only to get hung up on. They then lied and said they tried a 2nd time to deliver the package, but was unsuccessful because it was a P.O. Box. The address was to the post office not a box and they had already stated that they couldnt deliver there, so why would there be a 2nd attempt? I called 2 more times and spoke to ******* and ********* who both claimed to have updated the address. At one point, they claimed the package was missing. There is still no movement under tracking number UUS53A0462005487438 and I placed this order on March 5, 2025. Its April and my boyfriend never received his gift. I also cant get a refund from ****** because the package is unaccounted for! Im at a complete loss. Your parcel, tracking number UUS53A0462005487438, was initially dispatched for delivery on March 17, 2025. During that attempt, the parcel was unfortunately lost while in the drivers possession. It was later located on March 25, 2025, and immediately sent out for redelivery.
However, the redelivery was attempted using an incomplete address associated with a P.O. Box, which UniUni is unable to deliver to under our delivery policy. The parcel was then returned to the warehouse to await a valid, deliverable street address.
The correct address has since been provided, and the parcel was successfully rebooked for second delivery two days ago.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and any confusion caused throughout this process. While were pleased the delivery is now in motion, we fully acknowledge that your experience did not meet our service standards.

I am rejecting this response because: The initial address was not associated with a ******* and was a complete address. That is the delivery address to my boyfriend's job. I explained this multiple times via email and phone. Then UniUni sends it out, supposedly, for a second attempted delivery to an address that you stated you can't deliver to. How does that make sense? There has still been no movement on the package after providing a new address to multiple support agents on multiple occasions. I also requested a manager call me and never received one. This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced and my gift never even made it to my boyfriend for his birthday. I had to spend more money on a new gift that was delivered to his job, where you claimed you couldn't deliver to. I either need this delivered to the new address and actually en route, compensated for my package, or sent back to the shipper, so that I can get a refund. This is ridiculous. We are approaching almost a full month after his birthday. Your response is not sufficient.

I have a street address for the post office, all couriers (Amazon, ****** she, etc) drop Off package at post office, and post office will place in my pi box. I pay extra for this service. I have always received my temu packages this way without trouble until Uniuni was assigned to deliver this package. They dont answer the phone, it just keeps looping with a message.
