      This company came out to deliver a package and the 2 men that showed up in a SUV with a old mattress attached to the top of it were taking pictures of my little girl while she was playing outside and I didnt know until after they left and she told me then, they wouldnt just leave the package and insisted I come outside and I said leave the package and they woukdnt . It wasnt of hardly any value . Plastic shoe covers . They sat outside my home for 15 minutes then started driving all over our farm ( 100 acres ) and snooping around my uncles home on the farm. Then they came back again the next day . My alarm on my horse stable was tampered with . I asked them to not come back to my house several times after calling customer service . I ordered a bunch of stuff from Temu so I cant stop the deliveries because no one will pick up the phone . They do not speak English and they are really pushy . I feel unsafe and have contacted homeland security and the *************** . They are coming again today and I cant stop them and Im concerned . I dont feel safe at my own home now .

      They are the delivery company for products I have ordered from different companies. They claim to attempt delievery, but also say that I have an incomplete address. I have had delievery drivers confirm address, and then mark the package as attempted delivery but they do not call, text or buzz my unit. As they have said the address is incomplete, (it's not), I've emailed the company to confirm by fully typing my address again, and then they respond saying they need my full address - when it shows my response that I have already sent it. The package has not moved since June 18th, and it is now July 5. I also have another package that I'm having the same issue with.

      I placed an order with *** express on June 11, 3025. Order was shipped on 12th went through customs and deliver to uniuni shipping on June 19th out for shipping on June 21st. I still haven't received my package despite numerous calls and emails. It is now July 3rd. I would like my package.

      Im have ordered two packages from off of temu. The first package the driver said they tried to deliver twice and then marked my address as incorrect when my address is indeed correct and as of yesterday for the second package the driver apparently tried to deliver late at night and marked the package as they couldnt reach me when there was no attempt to reach me. I dont understand why either driver would try to deliver after 10pm when they had the package earlier in the morning. Also every other carrier is able to deliver to me successfully but apparently this company isnt or the driver is lazy a refuses to. Also the chat bot gives basic responses when you put in a ticket. When you call Uni Uni phone number they provide it goes in a loop or if you get past the looo the time to talk to a *** extends and then disconnects when you get to one. This makes me think this is a scam.

      This company has stolen my package, as well as MANY others. I ordered an item online, specifically from an Etsy store. I was informed that the package was being delivered via *******, which is a company ive never heard of. I did some research, and found an OVERWHELMING amount of negative reviews regarding stolen packages. Ive attatched screenshots of just a few of the horrible reviews. When my item was finally labeled "out for delivery " i began watching intently, waiting for them to show up. They never did. Reading the reviews, everyone has experienced one of two ways this company steals packages. One being the driver will place the package on the customers porch for a delivery picture and then run off with the package, or they will never show up and mark it as a "Failed Delivery Attempt: Severe Weather or Force Majeure" which as you can see in one of the attatched screenshots, is what happened to me. There was no attempted delivery. There was no severe weather. My fiance was home waiting for the package. There was no reason as to why my package couldnt be delivered. It was a clear and sunny day all day long. Now this stranger has run off with my package, which had a custom made gift for my fiance. It has a picture of me and my small children, and this person has that as well as my address. Not only am i angry about my stolen package, but am now worried for me and my children's safety. This business is a fraud, and was created to steal packages. They need to be shut down immediately, and i will also be looking into filing a lawsuit against the company.

      Bought 2 orders from the company ******. There were a total of 7 items. Halara shipped 4 items through **** and i received them a few days ago. The last 3 items were mailed using a service called UniUni. UniUni sent me a message stating the package was unable to be delivered. I live in a rural area where our mailing address is different than our physical address. They couldn't tell me how I could get this package. All of the delivery drivers where I live know how to deliver the mail. UniUni does not know how to delever the mail out here. Ill have to go through a nightmare trying to figure out how to get my package!

      I am rejecting this response because:  they changed the mailing address from 56 **** Gdns to 19 **** Gdns. They also lie about trying to contact me regarding delivery. I have had foot surgery and since 6/25/2025, I havent left my house. They also could have called me and I could have directed them to my home. I finally did get the package on 7/6/2025. No further action is required as i finally did receive the package. I do not recommend this carrier because the way they do business.

      Uniuni had two failed delivery attempts on my Temu order. I contacted them directly and added my apartment unit number after the first failed delivery attempt. I was told by their ********************* that they were going to update my address by putting my unit number in their system. However, they didn't because I got a message about a second delivery attempt. I contacted them again and a Representative told me to contact Temu directly. I contacted Temu and a Representative told me that it's up to Uniuni if they are going to attempt a third delivery or return my package back to **** for a refund. Uniuni is useless when they state to contact them directly regarding failed deliveries on their website and on ****'s website. I don't want a refund, I just want my package delivered to my apartment unit that I updated. Thank you.
