      On Saturday (January 6, 2023) I received a notification that my package **************** has been delivered. I have not received any package. The pictures sent to my e-mail show a different door and even the person who received the package (images attached). I don’t recognize the door or the person. Tried to send a message about the delivery to the wrong address (with the pictures of my door and those sent to my e-mail) via the UniUni website ******************************* and the “Send” button is disabled. Try to call at the phone numbers indicated on the website 1-424-284-2432, 1-315-533-4690 and 1-800-282-2468, but there is no option to speak to an operator (with a standard reply that you are calling from a private number and there are no options to call you back - ???). At least to me it looks like this was done deliberately to make it difficult or even impossible to contact the customer service. Really disappointing…

      Uni Uni received my package Dec 13th in Calgary package tracking after that date never changed always says info will be updated shortly never updated...Dec 27th they told me the package would be del in 5-7 business days...still tracking never changed...now they tell me it's lost...this seems to be a real problem with them...I can see 1 or 2% of shipments being lost but if you look at their reviews it's many many people complain about lost items...a pattern of poor business

      Ive had issues with this company and their stupid delivery drivers not delivering things to the correct location at all , this is my second package lost and now they dont even have a working customer service number. This company needs to be shut down !!!

      I was able to receive my package only because my landlord looked around the block for it! The merchant of the products is not to blame at all, its the delivery service ! The merchant I purchased my items from was ******

      So I had ordered 4 items from **** **** shop and it was shipped through the uni uni tracking service. However the day it was supposed to be delivered it said failed delivery and that my information was the issue. Mind you I have not had any other problems with **** or ***** which are also companies that have shipped orders from **** **** shop to my home. I have tried calling every single one of their numbers and time and time again I cannot get ahold of a real person, the number provided to me from **** **** shop is inactivated and my cell phone provider says the number is inactive when I call. I have sent numerous emails and have not received one back and now I’m at the point where I’m going to file charges for theft. Because nobody can tell me where my package is and I can’t even get ahold of anyone at the shipping company.

      Uni Uni worst ‘delivery service’ company I’ve ever ever encountered. Judging by the many many other complaints this company has it seems they like to spin the “failed delivery” line when handling packages and then spin the next line that they will “ensure the driver will try to re-deliver within 24-48 hours”, which is another lie. This company should be sued for the false promises and quite frankly fraudulent behaviour it conducts. There is a a rotation of only 3-4 ‘customer service’ team members who all read off the same script saying they are “escalating the case to higher up and package SHOULD be delivered soon”. Should be. They don’t even know what they are talking about as there is no knowledge of an actual warehouse facility. After speaking to one ‘customer service’ agent I was told my package, which has been in their procession for over a week after a “failed delivery attempt” - impossible as I was home all day waiting, was with the driver in my neighbourhood, while the next ‘customer care rep’ told me it was in the “new warehouse, that she didn’t have an address for” - all lies. They tell you the same thing each time and when you ask other questions they go quiet - it’s bizarre and very *****. When the (claimed to be) supervisor, Ivon L****, called me about my ongoing issue he abruptly chose to hang up on me when I questioned the ongoing spinning story tales and why there wasn’t an exact location of my package - how professional. I have witnessed some inadequate and ***** businesses over the years, however Uni Uni is by far the biggest **** ‘company’ of all. I have written to the head management in the company who sent the package to me and advised them NEVER to work with Uni Uni ever again and I would advise anyone else the same. Horrible company and should be investigated for their ***** business dealings and fabrications.

      I ordered a package over 3 weeks ago and ****** ******** Services delivered it to the wrong address. Im informed them and they stated that they would have to investigate. I responded and sent the a picture of my front door but I still didnt get a response. I put in a ticket and spoke to a 3 customer service representatives. ******* was the first person I spoke to but he hung up on me because he could not figure out where my package was. I then spoke to ****** who attempted to assist but he too couldnt figure out what the problem was so he told me that he would call me back in 15 minutes and failed to do so. I then called again and received ******* and he hung up on me again once I told him that he was the one that hung up on me initially. I still have not received my package or refunded. This company should be out of business. If they are doing this to me, I can only imagine that they are taking other peoples money. Everyone there should retrained or fired. ******* should be fired because he does not have good customer service skills and likes to hang up on customers. All of the customer service representatives do not know how to fix any of the delivery issues in a timely manner. They essentially are ******* ****** *** and taking their money.

      I was delivered someone else’s package on November 28th. The driver confirmed this by taking a photo of the package that doesn’t belong to me in front of my door. I have tried many times to contact this business about the status of my actual package and all my inquiries have gone unanswered. I used their online portal and heard nothing back and all my phone calls are mysteriously disconnected while on hold. I want to know where my package is and if it’s lost I should be compensated.

      I tracked my order and since the 5th of December, it says order received. I havent received any updates and UniUni arent replying to my emails that I have sent as Customer Support Forms. I know they have received my package in their warehouse, but they still havent shipped it out to me.

      They stated they delivered an item to us but it was not delivered. The pictures of proof they attached were just black squares - no actual photos. I have emailed and called customer service but they don't answer the phone or respond to emails.Tracking # ****************
