1 starI would give it ZERO star if that was an option. They are a **** delivery company. They failed to deliver my package 3 times without notify me, and returned to the warehouse for "insufficient address", "no unit number". My home is a house, and in the 40 plus years I have lived here I have NEVER had a single delivery issue. I tried twice to call uniuni support, I was kept on hold for over 45 minutes each time, when I finally had a rep on line, I was disconnected.uniuni

1 starWorst service and No item delivered .They said they delivered package and took a photo of a house they delivered to which is clearly not my house. I attempted to contact the customer service by phone and have been on hold all morning over an hour with no answer. Hold times kept changing as I waited on the phone. I sent an inquiry on their website as well. I have cameras all over my house and no one delivered any package to my house.uniuni

1 starMy package went out for delivery 35 hours ago and is still not delivered. After 32 hours i tried to call customer support and after being told it was a 17 min wait time i waited for 3.5 hours on hold just to be told my package is still out for delivery and could take another 13 hours to deliver . It dies not take that long to diliver in my small city especially when considering i had a second package from them that went out for delivery this morning and was delivered within two hours. They have a long history of either not delivering packages to me or misdelivering them once they delivered my package to the wring address 3200 miles from my house and blamed it on me . I did not choose them as the courier for my packages but if you have the choise stay *** **** away from this companyuniuni

1 starI live in an apartment complex and the driver decided to leave my package on the counter in a mail room that is open access to anyone. Signs posted say not to leave packages on the counter and that the driver can gain access to the complex if they go to the leasing office. Of course not more than 2 hours later (had to leave work early to pick up the package) is the package gone/******. Called the number on the UniUni site for support two times. The first time was on hold for 1 hour and had to drop due to meetings at work. The second time I called and was on hold for 3 hours no answer. The audio recording would announce your call will be answered in X amount of minutes and every time I am given a different number with that number constantly rising. I will never do business with any business that decides to use this company for shipping.uniuni

1 starInitial Order was delivered to mailroom then ******. Reordered items after recieving a refund from the company. Called UniUnis customer service to leave delivery instructions spent 1.5hrs on hold before speaking to a rep finally got a hold of someone and left instructions to not have any packages delivered to mailroom and to have the packages delivered to unit. Today 2 out of 3 packages **** left in the mailroom and thankfully not ******. Delivery notification was sent to my phone 2hrs after the actual delivery.uniuni

1 stari’ve gotten package sent to the wrong address MULTIPLE times not once not twice but 3 times currently the money given to me for my birthday and i ordered off ***** is being delivered to escondido and i live in SAN DIEGO!!?? and they are delivering to ESCONDIDO AGAINNN? if this can get resolved before my package delivers and maybe you can ask your driver to come to my CORRECT address that would be much appreciated but id highly doubt this company would do so.uniuni

1 starThey say my item is " out for delivery " and is with the driver and will be delivered soon ( within 1 day ) . I've been told this for 3 days now online . I called and they told me my address is wrong? When they told me the address they have on file I confirmed it is correct and I was told it isn't? I know my address and I know it's correct . It's simple..don't **** a package as " out for delivery " if you don't intend to deliver it that day . What the heck??uniuni

1 starTerrible service from Uni Uni driver. Live in a multi unit building. There is a very clear sign posted not leave parcels if there is no answer. The driver ignored this notice by the building manager and still dropped off the parcel which of course was not there when I returned home. The driver also **** and said that they would return but not the case at all.uniuni

1 starThis delivery service does not rate even 1 star. I was not home at time of delivery but the intercom system is linked to my cell phone. I spoke to the Uni Uni courier when he arrived at my complex through the intercom. I told him I would not be home for several hours and asked him not to leave the package in the lobby but to leave it outside my apartment door. I explained that the package was at risk of being stolen in the lobby. He agreed to leave the package at my apartment door so I buzzed him in remotely. Several minutes later I received a text message stating the package was successfully delivered along with a photo of it left in the lobby, exactly where I told him NOT to leave it. I dont know anyone in the building so I immediately called my son to go to my complex to retrieve the package. By the time he got there the package had been stolen.Had the Uni Uni driver simply stated he was too lazy to take the elevator up to the third floor, I would have denied access to my building and he could have rescheduled the delivery.uniuni

1 starUniUni is the worst delivery company ever!!! They never deliver to your door knowing that there are multiple units in the building and anyone can steal it. They dont care. I dont know why they are so careless. Its not my responsibility to go to my neighbors to find where my package is. Do better. I have provided a phone number to be contacted but they never call. If I could leave, no stars I would, but Im forced to leave one staruniuni
