1 starIf I could I would give less than 1 star. This company's employee vandalized my property by writing my house number on our gate in permanent marker. We live in a condominium complex. I'm assuming he did so, so that our street number would show with our unit number in the photo he took as proof of delivery. I will definitely be pursuing further action and litigation against the company for vandalism.Review fromRichard B

1 starMy package was left at a different community than mine and I had to drive 15 minutes to retrieve it. The address on my package was correct and the address where it was left had absolutely no resemblance to my address. Also, the package had been relabeled with a new tracking number. As a result I could no longer track it after it had arrived in my community.uniuni

1 starI never received my delivery, its been almost a month. I need UniUni to acknowledge if this parcel is lost in order to get a refund. *** sent many emails and made many phone calls and am always told that it is probably lost and the manager has to ok the lost status. But no one is responding and now the original sender is also refusing a refund. This is terrible, I hope I never have to ever deal with this delivery company ever again.uniuni

1 starIf I could give 0 stars, I would. One of their drivers stole my Amazon package that was sitting on my porch when he came to deliver my Temu package. I have contacted the company and I am waiting to a response regarding this driver and his actions. So far I have heard nothing back from UniUni! 1 starI was supposed to receive a sentimental package after a loss in my family.The seller advised that the shippment was through uniuni. I've tried calling them and both times get hung up on. 1 starUni Uni is terrible! Im trying to understand how such horrible company gets access to peoples valuables and arent responsible enough to accurately deliver personals that someone has paid their hard earned money for?! Im currently still waiting for a redeliver from this company. The first attempt wasnt an attempt at all especially when clear instructions were left on my front door lobby as to where to put the package. My package automatically was sent back to some warehouse while I continue to wait. Ive corresponded multiple times with customer service and still nothing! ***** will loose customers if they continue to use this carrier!uniuni

1 starThey held my package in a warehouse for over 60 days saying I had to go pick it up. They said they could not deliver to me.My package was in *********** and I live in *********. Because UniUni still had the package in their warehouse the shipper would not refund me unless uniuni declared it lost or missing.Thus my money and package are forever lost and I cannot get my money back or package..uniuni

1 starABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I called five times in two weeks regarding a ***** order that was sent back to the warehouse because of an incorrect address. The address was not incorrect and I was told that every time I called. All five associates told me the same thing, the package is on its way. Yesterday, ******, told me that I would receive a call back within the hour, two hours tops, from a supervisor. Never received a call back. I have been waiting an additional two weeks, and still have no package, no actual answer, and no refund. The worst customer service/shipping company I have ever dealt with. 1 starThis review is based off my experience having UniUni deliver two packages to me this month in ***********, ******. I hate to leave a poor review, but my interactions with them felt very strange.During the first delivery, I got a text with a photo of the package in a lobby. It was not my lobby, not my address. I texted the number back less than 1 minute later, no reply. I called them, hoping to catch the driver while he was still there, and it did not ring. I called their customer service line and, at the risk of sounding harsh, the language barrier was so intense that it was not possible to have any conversation about package-related issues. Fortunately, the package was found and dropped off to me by a building manager later that day.I had a second package delivered today. I received a text (in the exact same format as the first delivery text) asking for a buzzer code and to reply immediately. I replied within 10 seconds. I do not have a buzzer code. There was no reply. Thankfully, this package was delivered to my address and chucked in the corner on the floor of my lobby.As a heads up, based on my experience, it does not seem like this business is capable of being responsible for your package. The texts I received seemed to be prewritten and it was not possible to interact with the delivery driver. The entire website feels like its AI generated. If you have something special or valuable that you need delivered, I would avoid this business if possible.uniuni

1 star****** LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES THIS YEAR! Thousands of dollars lost to UniUni. This company should be investigated and is committing serious crime. Besides my customers always complaining about lost packages with UniUni, I tested this service myself.The package I tested with UniUni said delivery failed, and we can confirm the driver never attempted to deliver anything.We have checked cameras for confirmation that this delivery was not attempted.Now the package went back out for delivery over 72 hours ago, and has not been delivered or updated.Phone support is a joke and feels like a scam call center. Nobody replies to emails either. I spent over 30 minutes in the queue multiple times, just for it to get to my turn and say they are unavailable - automatic hang up. No wonder my very own customers complain about deliveries from this company.They are terrible, and I will be informing my warehouse to ban this delivery service.How is this company legally operating? Anywhere you check you will find customers being scammed by UniUni and left without their packages. This is not normal business, and this company is the worst I have ever seen when it comes to customer service + delivery. I hope someone takes action against this company; customers and brands are suffering.
