Great shed! Very nice for storage. Great price delivered right to your door. Take several days to assemble not one day... The platform and sorting out all the pieces will take one day easy add another 2-3 for assembly if you are two armatures for sure. Instructions takes some time to figure out if you put the wrong metal sheet (they are numbered) in the wrong spot (one side not identical to the other) you will have to redo to fit it. Very happy with the outcome only cons on it built the cap on roof a bit too short depending on wind direction and rain level so expect some minor amount to leak in down the middle inside on some storms... Could be resolve by slightly large cap. Also, 13x20 is not the base for whatever reason they give you the roof dimension in the instruction if you are building a platform for it be warned 13x20 is too big. 12.4X19.4 as shown on pic on website... but nowhere in instruction or on box you will receive.

We bought this storage shelter to cover our RV . Its been amazing and the material is very durable as stated! Definitely need a few strong people to put it together. We love it. Highly recommend and TMG Industrial was very accommodating throughout the whole transaction. Great companyTMG Industrial

I purchased a 10 x 20 garage/shed. I installed a 10 1/2 x 20 1/2 concrete pad. It took us two days to build the shed. The directions were clear and if followed in order it was easy to build. It is a lot sturdier than I anticipated. I started building it and though wow how is this going to stay up in all kinds of Canadian weather. However once the two center joists were in it was solid. And once completed it is very sturdy. It has no wind or snow rating however i cant see a heavy snow load bringing it down anytime soon. We were missing a P3 panel and some screws. I contacted customer service and they are sending them directly to my home. Even though I was missing the one panel I was still able to complete it. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a low budget structure. I have a couple friends that are also looking into getting one.TMG Industrial

I would like to share my experience with the ****27 sawmill I purchased a few months ago. Assembly went well, I the parts were included, nothing was missing. There was also a blade provided, so I could start milling right away. I would recommend doing the assembly with two people. I assembled the unit myself. I have a well equipped shop and a tractor with a loader to assist in the assembly. Within a couple of days I was milling my first log. There is a little bit of a learning curve and it is easy to make small mistakes. My first project was to build a shelter for the mill. I was amazed on the quality of lumber it creates. I have made 12' 6x6 beams, to dozens of 2x4 x8', the hard work is processing the trees and clearing the brush. The actual milling is quick and easy, even when taking your time deciding how to make your cuts effectively. The only maintenance I have doing is basic inspection, cleaning and checking the setup of the blade. Overall I am extremely pleased with the purchase and would highly recommend considering the *** sawmill.TMG Industrial

Bought a 40X40 container shelter. It wasn't available at the time, but they contacted me as soon as it was back in stock. They were very thorough setting up the shipment as it is large. It arrived when scheduled and everything was there. The documentation is a bit weak, but there are lots of ******* videos to help out, so it went up smoothly. Thanks TMG team.TMG Industrial

1 starI bought garden tiller from TMG. With less than 2 hours of use the tiller developed a transmission gear oil leak. After providing pictures of the failure to TMG they indicated I should complete the repairs myself and they will supply the parts they suspect have failed. Red Flag ... If you read the warranty section for TMG it states ... so we will cover the cost of standard LTL freight and standard ground shipping on warranty parts and attachments sent from the warehouse to the dealer or customer. **** *** *** (***) or any other special freight services are not covered under warranty but can be arranged at the dealer and/or customer’s expense. I indicated to TMG the work should be completed by a qualified work shop as I do not have the required tools. I also raised the concern that other damage may have occurred as a result of the failure. Red Flag ... TMG requested I find a service shop , obtain a quote for repairs and submit it to TMG for approval. If you carefully read the information on the TMG web site you should determine this company is set-up for sales and distribution of **** ** ***** products. Infrastructure for typical warranty work or post sales product service in Canada does not. This company is simply **** *** ****. I have requested a new unit or refund. Any guesses what the response will be ? For the people who rated the customer service above 2 I would be curious to know the overall expense pertaining to the request.Review fromWilliam C

5 starsI ordered a greenhouse off TMG a month ago and I would recommend this company to everyone! We had a severe storm here in ****** and my plants were completely unharmed! I completely disagree with some of these other 1 star reviews as my experience was completely different. The customer support experience was also very good, the sale rep that helped me was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right product. 1 starAbsolutely awful business to deal with. Bought a brand new pressure washer. Faulty out of the box and they will not warranty. On top of being hard to deal with and vague in their responses. I would not recommend buying their products or dealing with them. They hide behind their 3rd party selling, which is ***** ** ***** ***** Imagine not getting warranty because you bought something at **** *****.I understand the difference between user error causing damage and just a faulty product. Which is what we got. They want to be represented as a small family business (which is what I am) and not stand behind their product. Absolute joke. Their products are in the price range where you might as well just buy from the big retailers.
