1 starAbsolute garbage products that they do not stand behind. Zero quality control. Brand new 40 gallon truck mount compressor blew a head gasket out on the very first start up. The very actual , very first start up and it blew apart before even reaching 100 psi! Casting had no threads, head bolt was exposed and painted. This item never should have never been sent out as such. Took 3 days to be told that I will have to pay for the parts being it was purchased new at auction. Absolute unacceptable business practice, if this was a used item I could understand. But again this was brand new ! This item was brand new in the crate! Most people that buy these products are purchasing them new at auction’s such as ****** * ******* ***** **** ******** **** So buyer beware , you will be left stranded if you think the company will offer any support. In the auction listing there was no “ as is “ , no statement of no warranty or anything as such during any of the buying process ! We have recently purchased many TMG products and moving forward we will not support , promote or encourage the purchase of these products. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to hopefully resolve this situation. These are not expensive parts to replace, the issue is based on principalReview fromBrent R

1 starAbsolutely horrible experience, purchased a greenhouse worth over $3,000 with free shipping to the lower 48 per their company phone recording. This was the first order of 12 we were planning to order in the next couple months. We called ahead and assured it would be shipped immediately and arrive in 7 days. Because of this we used TMG. A few days later a gal called to confirm address and said it would ship 2 days later. 2 days later I was called again and told shipping is more than the company’s budget so they would not ship without an additional $200. This was unsettling since we purchased it for the free shipping and speed. Frankly it felt very unprofessional and like the company was holding us *******. Not once did they acknowledge ***** advertising. Then they offered to honor the free shipping if we picked it up from a terminal an hour and a half from our farm. After discussing how these options were ********* to what we purchased and resulting in less value than we bought. The shipping coordinator proceeded to raise her voice and talk over me and say how lucky we were they were only charging us $200. The irony being she gave us a different reason and amount for the additional charge each time we talked and it started to feel very ******. I have never been treated so poorly and unprofessionally in my life. This company is clearly advertising free shipping with no intention of honoring it.Review fromCraig C

1 starI ordered and timely received a ********* Brush Mulcher. It comes with a manual that is 14 pages front and back. My issue is customer support. The manual talks about using only Lithium 2 grease to avoid warranty. It talks about greasing some things every hour of use, every 4 hours of use and every 50 hours of use. It also talks about potential damage of over greasing and suggests number of pumps and to grease to 50-75% only. My issue is the manual is very ambiguous in what, where and when to grease for best practice and to avoid issues. The is a middle idler pulley that does not appear to have access to grease but does have threads that a 6mm grease nipple will fit. I have called 3 times and emailed 4 time with pictures. The person answering the phone clearly is only there to transfer a concern. They will say please email and send pictures of your concern and finish with it will be forwarded to someone capable of helping with your concerns. My second email was answered with "I just got word back from our manufacturing dept, this unit has been greased, you don't have to apply grease for the first 3 months of usage." This is in direct contrast to what the manual says. I am on day 11 and still waiting for clarification. **** **Review fromAnik G

5 starsI am reading all the 1 star reviews and I cant belive it.We have a construction compagnie and a farm and we bought multiple tools,attachements for heavy machinery and they were ALL made extra solid . We also got the horse and big chicken shelter and I LOVE them. On ***************** there was a bag of screws missing and they sent it to me right ************ post. 1 starCustomer service sucks they don’t answer the phone. The email service to get parts for the machine don’t carry the parts for the pedal online so I can’t order the pedal that broke on my brand new machine. Now I have to buy another machine just so I can break the beads. Other than that the machine works as it should.Review fromAndrea P

1 starI have to say that this people has good prices but the costumer service is a disaster. Michelle from costumer service called me before the shipping of my 10*20 shed and I thought that she will be corteus as I spent more than 4K but she asked all The questions and then said I can not deliver to you if you don’t have a forklift because the truck that will Be sent has not capability to deliver a heavy item so one supposed to unload itself. Nevertheless she made not attempt to help was rude and overbearing with none sense. Wanted to make me take responsibility for charges in some case scenarios that did not even existed. Rude unprofessional careless talking totally disgusting experience. She said we are not delivering and hung up rude and it was me that call back trying to find a way to get this sour out and I spoke to a guy that seemed much more educated than her. She was just showing not desire to work and happy to cancel my order. I’m not sure where did she get the job position from but she is not a good asset for the team. 1 starWe purchased a sliding gate, over $3,000. It arrived with the finish chipped off and spots where you could see they had tried to repair with spray paint prior to shipping it to us. There was also waves in a section of the panels. We took photos and emailed them with a detailed description. They gave us nothing but a run around for weeks. Their best offer was to refund us $100 so we could go buy spray paint to fix the damaged finish. Very disappointing company. They DO NOT care about customer satisfaction. They DO NOT have pride in their products. The company is not worth dealing with. In the end we gave up, very frustrated and upset. We will certainly never shop with them again.Review fromDylan s

Purchased this compressor brand new in crate. Carefully read the manual which states run the compressor with the oil in the pump that came from factory for a total of (40) hrs before replacing the oil. On the 3rd use of the compressor I noticed an extreme amount of oil all over below the compressor and running down the side of the tank below the pump. I immediately contacted TMG which they requested videos and pictures of the compressor oil leak, compressor running, ect.. i provided all the requested info same day.. Didn't hear back for over a week due to TMG awaiting a response from the factory in *****. when i received a response they said the seals in the pump blew due to me adding too much pump oil and that would not be covered under warranty because it was my own problem... however I did not touch the oil in the pump because the unit did not reach the 40 hr break in period, the pump came over full from the factory. The Compressor was purchased brand new unused in crate from ** *******, because the unit was purchased through a 2nd party it would not be covered under factory warranty, even through I provided plenty of proof that the unit was unused in the crate upon date of purchase. you would think that wouldn't have voided a factory flaw. that's like me purchasing a brand new vehicle with 0 km on it from a 2nd party having an engine blow because of a factory flaw then having the motor company void the factory warranty because it wasn't purchased directly from them... very unfortunate I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything through TMG, it seems they would rather come up with any excuse possible to avoid helping you with a warranty issue.TMG Industrial

Absolutely horrible customer service. There was a simple issue with a *** mower and they are not being helpful to resolve the issue. All they do is *** *** **** ** ***. Managers will not call me back. Who are you supposed to go to when the head manager **** and does not return calls?TMG Industrial
