    I placed an order on January 6, 2025 with Manicci for a full set of floor mats and a FULL trunk liner for my 2007 ****** FJ Cruiser. My vehicle was listed on their site as a year and model that they could make their products for.When the order arrived several weeks later I was not sent the complete trunk liner kit but only a trunk liner floor mat. I was not interested in a floor mat for my cargo area as I already have two of them. I specifically ordered a FULL TRUNK liner which goes up the sides of the "trunk" and also covers the back side of the seats. I provided a photo of my cargo area with the order as requested on their site.Manicci's products are very high priced BUT I was willing to pay the high amount to get this trunk liner to cover up all the marks and scratches that happen in a cargo area over time. I was very much looking forward to receiving the kit to upgrade my vehicle.Imagine my disappointment when I opened the parcel to find my order incomplete with no contact or explanation from the company. They should have contacted me to advise either that my order could not be fulfilled as placed OR that they had made a mistake in the order. In either case, Manicci should have made the effort to reach out to me and make this right but they have never done so.They refunded me $100 of the original price of the full trunk liner ($360) before I had even received the order OR knew what was going on. I have reached out to them multiple times for an explanation and with a request to complete the rest of my order properly. To sum up, I had no interest in only a floor mat for my cargo area and wanted the FULL TRUNK LINER. The amount of $100 refunded means I paid $260 for a simple floor mat only...which I would never have placed an order ****** date, Manicci has not responded to any of my emails asking for an explanation and for them to complete my order properly. Their customer service is nonexistent and I would appreciate assistance in dealing with them.

    Reminder you were credited back $100 on January 15 to make up the difference between full and base trunk mat we sent an email and partial credit back onto your card. We delivered your floor mats full order and base trunk mat instead as that was available. You ordered a full trunk mat but full trunk mat is not available. 

    We have added you to list in the event the full boot liner is scanned for your model in the future to send you one at that time :) Timeline TBD

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and while I disappointed with their poor response, I do not believe they will change their stance. I still hold to my original observations that this company provides no customer service whatsoever and makes no effort to contact customers who reach out to them. Their website offers products that they can't deliver on and they send you a partial order fulfillment only. Since they sent me something I never wanted or put in an order for, I am very disappointed. It's like ordering a wedding dress but they only send you the top half and the business thinks that is perfectly acceptable and refunds you for not providing the bottom half without any communication whatsoever. Pretty bad business model in my opinion.

    At this point, I'd just like other consumers to be aware of this if they choose to deal with Manicci. I cannot recommend them based on how I was treated.

    I have purchased 2 floor mats for my sons 1988 Trans Am Firebird on Dec 6th of 2024, not only that I have not received a refund for them, and no communication, after multiple attempts of me trying to find out my order status, they lied to me trying to tell me that my order have been refunded. I have no money refunded from Manicci and no mats. I am giving up. I think I will speak to a lawyer and file a lawsuit against this fraudulent company. Manicci Floor Mats are a scam company. They do not have a concept of how to run a business, and they dont care. All they want is to cheat people and take their money for false advertising.

    We have looked into your order and you did not order 2. You ordered 1 set [Order #*****] (December 6, 2024) of floor mats for your 1988 Trans Am. You were contacted and refunded days later. 

    We unfortunately do not make for 1988 Trans Am models they are a rare classic car. We do not do classic cars.

    I placed an order on Dec 19th, 2024 for floor mats for my 2006 ****** Tundra from Manicci and was charged ****** USD. I received a text message from them 12/27 asking if my tundra has a bench seat. That was the last communication I received from them. I never received the floor mats and am seeking a full refund immediately. *****

    Placed order (#*****) on August 26th. Item was a trunk liner Bas diamond car floor. $134.00. Never received the item. I have called numerous times-no anwer, but left mesaages. No reply. Sent a coupld of e-mails with company of order they sent me but no reply. Going through charge company to get money back.

    I reviewed the company and got recommendation from a know person online what writes about cars. Placed the order on April 25th. Paid $188 use for 2 front mats for a 2000 **** Excursion plus express shipping. On May 22nd I inquired about the status of the order and was told by ******* **** thru email that it is on backorder and they were getting measurements. I have been inquiring monthly since and have not heard back since.

    *******,  As you are aware and we discussed in email no refund was ever provided although promised several times.
    I am reopening this BBB complaint as I have not heard back from my previous requests for resolution.
    I would like to resolve this if possible and would accept one of the following two scenarios.

    1) Provide a refund for order # ***** as discussed but never received. My ****** account email is *************************************.

    Hi, I did thorough research on this company and found them to be very reputable in November 2023 I placed a $250 order for my sons Christmas present for floor mats for his car on December 13 of 2023 I contacted the company through their live chat on the website and immediately received a response that the mats were on back order which is strange because they are all custom-made, and that the back order was to be announced on when it would be received the individual through the live chat offered me a full refund or offered me to stay on the backordered list, which is what I decided to do. since then I have contacted through text email phone and live chat probably 80 times seriously and I have not received one single response from any avenue as far as contacting them goes at this point I would love to receive the item for my son but I also will be happy to just get my money back. I just dont understand why after this long, I cant even speak to somebody and no one will respond to me .

    On the 23rd of December, 2023 I placed an order for 2 sets of car mats (#*****) Fronts only for a **** ***** at $365 and a full set for a *** at $526. On the 30th of December I was emailed by Hardeep **** the sales manager to clarify one of the models of my cars asking for some photos which I provided. On the 3rd of Janurary I received and email saying that my order was complete and included one tracking number. One package was delivered late Janurary and it only contained the front mats for the **** *****. I emailed Hardeep **** on 25th Janurary asking for more information about the rest of my order and did not get a reply. I emailed again on 27th of Jan and 2nd of February to the email on thier website and still have not gotten a reply. They will not answer the live chat line on thier website, they will not answer thier Text only line, they won't answer the multiple phone calls I have made. ***** ******** **** ****** ** of over $500 dollars and apparently don't give damn about it. I wish I had seen the more recent feedback of this company over that last year as they seem to just be ******* ****** ****** At this point they still won't return any correspondence. I implore any potential customers to avoid this ******** company at all costs

    I received an email from this company at the end of January stating that my order was stuck in customs still in **********, and that it would be delivered very soon, no specific date mentioned nor was the email signed by a specific person.
    As of today 2/6 my order is still in ********** and I still have not received the refund I have requested OR my product that was ordered on 11/27/2023.
    Please re open my case against this company seeing that I still have no product nor the refund I have requested multiple times.

    I ordered $359 worth of mats for front back and trunk of my ******** 2022. Paid that day 8/19 and never received an email confirmation. Had to go through several days worth of calling their *** number and texting their *** number to no avail. Then they sent me an email with a number to track the order .... however the link took me to their website where it said enter *** ** number, response was "this number is not a valid *** ** number" though it was what they sent me. Went directly to the *** ** website and got the same response. So I started calling Manicci to sort it out. Over the course of two weeks, I have called and left messages on their *** number in 3 different departments at least 3 or 4 times a day, texted their helpline several times a day, went on ******** and messaged them, emailed ************ *** ***************, and tried their chat line on the website ..... not a single response from anyone after so much effort to see if the order is complete ? is it sent ? and is there a tracking #? I am really scared at this point that this company is a **** and I cannot reach anyone. Customer service and professionalism for a supposedly high end company selling luxury mats is severly lacking. My preference would be to actually receive the order I paid for if they are indeed a legitimate business or a refund so I can deal with a different more customer minded business.
