    After exchanging detailed information of my vehicle and waiting a significant period for a custom product, the product do not fit a 100%. The ones for the backseat do not fit at all, and they are way to different to be fitted by any DIY means. I have been trying to contact them since June 5, 2023 with some minor luck, but after June 14 there have been no signs of them. They do not answer emails to address customer service. I will not do business with them again and advice every consumer to be cautious doing business with Manicci.

    I never received my mats and can't get a response from anyone at the company. I received an update that a shippers label was created a few days after my order and it's been that status for over 45 days now. I've sent emails and made phone calls and I can't get a response. Since it's been over 45 days I can't dispute the charge. * ******** *****

    Vendor shipped incomplete order and when asked for a refund only refunded partial amount. Have reached out many times but vendor does not answer phone calls or emails.

    I am writing this complaint against Manicci International due to the poor fitting diamond car mats I bought from this company on November 20, 2022. I paid extra for expedited 15 day shipping to account for the holidays and the car mats still arrived December 27, 2022, more than a month from the day it was ordered. I have reached out to this company directly and unfortunately they had done nothing but empty promises of resolution to this issue. I have attached several pictures as proof of the poor craftsmanship of this so-called "custom fit luxury" diamond car mats, as well as the email interaction I had with the company

    Hello,

     

    The last interaction we had with this customer was an outgoing message sent by us so we are awaiting a response. WE understand the customer is getting impatient but we have made for this model hundreds of times with no issues and they have been tested. We are sorry the customer feels this way and are still more than to refund their order if they are unhappy. The customer needs to fold the rear closet then the rear mat will lay flat and fit . Also insert the clip and then pull the mat toward door. Then it will be ok with no bump

    I purchased car mat on 9/7/22 at $279. On 10/12/22 I called, text via chat online, and emailed them with no way to get a hold of anyone. I should have received a tracking number with in 2 weeks of placing the order according to FAQ. I would like to get my mats or a refund at this point.
