      The employees didnt know how to behave with clients and the manager was always absent. When I went there to do my registration, they asked me to leave there because they were busy, It was funny, because I went to pay them but they kicked me out. I think for your marketing you need to talk with your employees first and ensure that they wont lose your clients. ?? I really appreciate your employees and managers who showed me how respectful they are to clients before I even register.

      I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and would rate it zero if possible. If you don't mind having your money stolen, then go ahead and sign up for their membership. The customer service has been absolutely terrible.My husband and I share a bank account for our memberships. While I had no issues canceling mine when I moved, canceling my husband's membership has been a nightmare. We have contacted both Club 16 and *** Fitness, but they keep passing the responsibility back and forth without resolving the issue.When my husband tried to cancel his membership, Club 16 claimed his account had experienced a payment lapse for the past six months due to a system error on their end. Instead of promptly addressing the problem, they subjected him to an unnecessary credit investigation.He requested the cancellation on April 14, yet we are still being charged bi-weekly fees despite our repeated efforts to escalate the matter. Even after involving the Better Business Bureau, we have not received a satisfactory response or any serious efforts to resolve the issue. Only on June 19 did the Corporate Office Manager, ***************************, respond to our BBB complaint, claiming to have unsuccessfully contacted my husband. She assured us of a refund for the additional membership fees incurred after the initial cancellation request.What is ironic is that neither of us received any phone calls from them regarding the membership cancellation, yet an unrelated trainer from South ****** had no problem contacting my husband to promote their training program. It is clear that their system fails to recognize that his account has been canceled.Despite ********************** promise, we have not received any refund from Club 16. Instead, they continue to charge us another bi-weekly fee as of June 23.In conclusion, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and timely resolution from this company is unacceptable. I strongly discourage anyone from becoming a member.

      I would like to take this opportunity to compliment ****** on his professional attitude. He gave me a one hour tour of Club 16 at ********************* recently and his warm and friendly personality was much appreciated. His knowledge base of both the equipment and the muscles involved was excellent, and his enthusiasm was contagious and would motivate anyone. Whether your goal is to increase strength or stamina, maintain a good level of fitness or perhaps lose a few pounds, ****** is an excellent choice as a Personal Trainer.Respectfully submitted,******************

      Started taking biweekly payments out, but I had paid in full for a year, took almost 6 months to get the money back. Loved when I signed up the $70+ sign up wasn't mentioned till signing the papers. Also who doesn't want a $50 surprise 4 to 5 weeks later for club improvements. I get it but right after giving them $375!?!?? and no heads up. I have had memberships my whole life in 3 provinces, this has been the worst.

      The regional manager of She's Fit contacted me about my experience in personal training, as she seemingly empathized with me and agreed at how unfortunate my situation was. Towards the end of the conversation, she asked me "is there anything I can do to regain your trust and appease this experience for you?" My answer was, I would like my money back for the second set of *********** I paid in full prior to the start of my sessions. The response I got back was disappointing, confusing and absolutely intentional, because her goals are not to rectify my personal experience and gain trust, it is to make me go away and feel "heard" so I don't escalate the situation any further. She told me that the service has ended and therefore I COULD NOT be reimbursed. I asked if I could cancel my membership because I didn't want to go to this gym anymore and I was told, this was not possible unless I wanted to pay the buy-out fee. The offer I received was 6 free personal training sessions at THE SAME GYM. That is how this corporation feels they can "regain trust"?I am genuinely shocked at the lack of rectification after asking me what could be done to make things better. I even asked who I could escalate this situation to, I was told there was no one else except the person I was talking to already.

      They have "Elite Membership" advertised online for $14.98 bi-weekly. On March 1st 2023 I went in to sign up for that membership.I was told that membership level does not exist anymore and hasn't since the new year, and I was signed up to a much more expensive, single-location membership level.Left a message with "****, the regional manager" who didn't call me back. Apparently this location does not have a manager on-site at all.They are luring people in with false advertising, pretty close to a BAIT AND SWITCH concept.

      I am going through the same problem. They are making it impossible to cancel and they won't refund me for training sessions even though I was told I could for moving and medical reasons. I've requested all the way up to *************************, Director of Personal Training. They required a doctor's note which I gave and then they demanded my doctor complete a form which I did and now they want me to bug my doctor again for more info. This is such an invasion of privacy!! It's a lot of money of mine they are unfairly keeping. I would not recommend this gym. They are not honorable and I want nothing to do with them and can hopefully get my own money back that I deserve. Trevor Linden are you listening???!!!

      My only issue has been trying to cancel my membership. Every few days I call my local gym in *********** they let me know they have no control of my membership and I need to email. I have sent all the requested information 5 times to Customercare @ abcfitness.com. Zero response so far.I have been trying to cancel for 3 weeks now. I don't want to write down negative but I don't know where else to turn to get help.

      Very hard to cancel..still charging me when l have been requesting cancellation for 9 months now. I also found them unreasonable and discriminatory where they were charging me and not allowing me in the gym!

      ***** **** *** ******** ******** ********** ***** **** ********* I tried to cancel according to their " easy cancellation policy...we understand ************ thing "..then being told about a cancellation fee of ***** + 30 day notice for each of my 2 accounts...I said: well when I got this membership the rep DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT IT BUT ONLY TOLD ME ABOUT THEIR "EASY CANCELLATION POLICY"..costs me more to cancel then to let it run out 1 month later I see that I now get charged by *** Fitness instead of Club16 ...I DID NOT AUTHORIZE this switch...called *** Fitness..they tell me they can't do anything as they ONLY ACT ON BEHALF OF CLUB16 who transferred my 2 accounts over to them and best would be to call Club16....meanwhile my minor daughter's account ( with my credit card info ) was stopped being charged out of the blue by them ( i thought: good at least they cancelled my minors daughter's account and I only get charged for my account now ) and she suddenly receives a "PAST DUE" notice..let alone transferring my account without my consent to *** Fitness was illegal and requires my consent as I AM IN CHARGE TO DECIDE, WHO CAN HAVE THAT .try talk to a manager at this Club16 Surrey Central .always "out of office", "will call back "not in today", "busy at the moment", "being put on hold until you hang up because it took too long" and not to forget " in a meeting ".. 2 hours later in a meeting.. another 2 hours later in a meeting .. another 2 hours later sorry but gone for the day try tomorrow .and yes, lots of equipment is always out of service, garbage bins sometimes overflow with wipes...yuck dropped and spilled water bottles aren't wiped up from floor, sometimes packed with so much people that you can't stand that stench ,nobody explains or shows you any machines but they try to up-sell a "trainer package" to you....luckily only 3 more months left .. WILL MAKE SURE I CANCEL ACCORDING TO YOUR AGREEMENT AND RUN !
