    I really was impressed with the customer service- my calls were returned promptly, questions answered and help given. I came to The store and was impressed with the info and prompt service. My mattress came in the promised time frame and they kindly reworked their delivery route to deliver mine later so I would be home. The delivery men were clean and courteous and took away my old mattress. I’m loving y new mattress- thanks so much WR Mattress.

    We had put off buying a new mattress for a long time. I hurt my back this summer and when I was at my physiotherapist she asked about our mattress. Had to admit it was old and needed replacing. She said if we decide to buy a new one try a place in White Rock called WR Mattress. So glad we took her advise. Best purchase, best service for sure. Would highly recommend them.     Ordered a king mattress and a queen box spring for another room. We’re very satisfied with both purchases, our sales guy who was very informative, but not pushy. Their communications re delivery were excellent even though this was weekend of the Homeshow. We were particularly impressed with personable and clean cut delivery guys who finished our transaction perfectly. Highly recommend WR Mattress Gallery! Regards, Heather and Brian

    I had my new Queen sized mattress delivered on Saturday this past weekend. It was a smooth and easy process with very curteous and effecient delivery guys.     Everything from my first visit to the store to delivery was exceptional. This is the first decent bed I have slept on in over 5 years. The selection of mattresses and a line of quality adjustable platforms available at WR Mattress Gallery is superior to anywhere else I visited. The fact they are a local merchant made my decision all the more easier. Thanks to Dave out on the floor and, the two deliverymen who set-up the platform and assisted in arranging the bed frame of choice for that final look.

    We purchased a king latex mattress and adjustable beds from WR Mattress which we love. Lately due to health concerns we wanted to cut the King bed in half in order to have each bed adjustable. The staff went above expectations in order to have the beds available within the week and also done within the same day so they were usable. The mattresses look great and everything is in working order. Thanks to all the staff who were involved in our request. **** *** ******* ******** ***** ****
