    Had two calls from them. They did not get past hello and who they were. Very insistent high pressure. Told the first caller do not call again, of course they called again.     If it were possible, I would give a zero rating, I was fortunate enough to be able to cancel the day after the high- pressure phone call. I gave out too much information and provided electronic initials without adequately reading the document. The caller did not provide the rates. The rates are higher than the current ****** rates and you are locked in for a year minimum.
    I find the ** rating from BBB too high.

    ** ** ***** **** ****** *** ** *** ** ******** ** *** *** ****** *** ******** ********* ** *********** ** ** **** ****** ** ** ******** The salesperson was very good in the sales pitch using all the information that is available online about my branch and sounding again like Easy Energy is a part of ****** ****** which ****** my accounts payable person to accept their contract verbally. Legally the contract was not binding since the person in my head office does not have signing authority for my branch and Easy Energy dropped the contract. ***** ****** ***** *** ** *** ***** ****** *** *** **** ******** ***** *** **** ************ ** ***** ******* ** **** ****** ** ****** ************** ***** *** **** ** * **** **** ******** **** ********* *** ****** **** *** **** ** ** ****** **** **** ***** *** **** ****** ** ****** * **** ***** **** ** ***** *** ********* *** *** *** **** ********

    Erin, the “****** Rep” **** to us!! He told us he was a rep for ******. He wanted my address and account information so that he could complete a form that would prevent an increase on my next bill. He was very pushy and insistent that I provide him with my information so he could forward my form to ****** head office. I immediately felt uncomfortable so I got his name and # and hung up. I called ****** and they said 1-844… is NOT ******! It is Easy Energy. ****** has nothing to do with Easy Energy. The real ****** rep told me that Easy Energy wanted me to sign a contract that would lock in my account with them for 5 years.
    I called Erin back and of course no one is in the office out of office hours. **** ** * ****** ******** ** ********* *** ** ******** ** *** ******** If we would have been less telephone marketing savvy we would have given him all of our information. After all, he said he was a ****** Rep.
    If Easy Energy is such a great company why do their reps have to *** and misrepresent themselves!!!
    Shame on you Erin at Easy Energy.
