This company is an online clothing company in which I ordered from 3 times April 6, 10 and 11, 2025. The order photos are below but essentially none of the items were delivered to me. It is now June 11, 2025 and after trying to resolve this directly with the company I have not gotten anywhere. I would like my money back. I just bought a house and I can not afford to just lose money because a company is scamming. I actually wonder if they are a clothing company and not some sort of shell. Placed order 4 items December 31 2024. Supposed to be birthday gift for granddaughter I started enquiring about status of my order early February. I have about 15 emails back and forth stating part of order on the way but the Canada Post tracker never moved. Then the order was officially lost and a replacement order was being sent. No order. No one would call. Then they assigned a new order number. I keep getting standard emails from customers service saying it was being looked into. I was very frustrated last week and responded to their email to cancel my order and I filed a complaint with my credit card company to investigate and hopefully recover the $539.60 that was taken from my card. I received a note that they would refund part of the money but since I have not received any of the order I want a full refund. I am very disappointed by this **************** and I want to support Canadian but potential customers need to be aware of their lack of customer service or communication.Initial Complaint

This company is completely unethical.1. They tell you your items will ship in ***** business days. After 6 weeks, I received one item (out of 14 items ordered). None of the rest have even been shipped.2. They tell me in the email "The last of the items from your order #***** have been delivered." I have received 1 item.3. They tell me I have 14 days to return items, but I have not even received them.4. They put a shipping cost of ***** for one item! A shipping cost of ***** was already charged when the order was made.They tell you that you cannot get a refund for your order but then they do not fulfill their obligation of getting the product to you at the agreed upon time.They do not honor their commitments. I ordered 2 sweaters from *** and ************ on Feb 2nd. I expected them to arrive in ***** days as stated on their site. On March 1st I emailed to ask what happened with my order. Since then I have been emailing with them back and forth. I finally gave up on the sweaters and told them I would settle for choosing other items they had in stock. I chose two items. A sweatshirt and a dress. On April 14th I got an email saying that my new order had shipped. On April 22nd I received an email saying my entire order had been delivered, but when I opened the package, it was only the sweatshirt and not in the colour I had ordered. I then spent $21 returning the sweatshirt. I emailed again to complain that the dress was missing and the sweatshirt was the wrong colour and have not heard back. They do not have a phone number, you can only talk by email. I want aw full refund for the items and a reimbursement for the 21$ I had to spend sending back the item that was the wrong colour.Initial Complaint

purchased a very expensive dress on Feb 7th. It said at the time it may take up to 20 business days to get. We are now at almost 3 months and I have not received the item. I have requested a refund as the item did not arrive in the time they stated. I want a refund as I don't care to EVER purchase another item from this company. I ordered items from this company in October 2024 and despite the company advising that the items would be shipped in 14 business days, one item wasnt shipped until late January. The item was incorrect and sent back. Then after numerous emails they finally admitted they didnt have the item and would offer a refund (I wanted a refund when the item wasnt received by Christmas which is why I ordered the top but they refused to provide a refund). On March 17 I received an email advising that the refund would be processed in ***** business days. We are now at 23 days and they finally responded to my email advising that the refund is in the queue. I cannot fathom why this process is so long but I am beyond frustrated. They do not have phone numbers so I can talk to them over the phone and they take days to respond to an email. This company needs to understand common business practices and process refunds when they are in the wrong in a timely manner.Initial Complaint

I made an order on Feb 22/25 and still have not received my order. I reached out and they said the order was taking longer from another supplier and they would be shipping in 10 days. That has passed already. I would like my money back- they only have gift cards as a refund. U took my money- couldnt follow through- so give it back. I ordered clothing on a pre sale in November 2024. It says right on their site that presales take 20 business days to ship. I reached out in February to follow up on when it would ship and there was no update. I requested a refund and was told at the beginning of march that I would be issued it within 20 business days. I waited for the refund and it didnt come. I reached out again and was told its in queue. I dont believe this at all. I went on their ******** page to leave an honest review and was blocked. This company is lying, stealing money and not being accountable.
