I made a purchase for a pre-order item back in December. I was told pre-orders are ***** days. That is a lie. I am still waiting on this item 3 months later. I have requested a refund 3 times in the last 3 weeks with very little reply. I did email them to say I would be contacting you but have not heard back from them. I ordered clothing from this company in early August of last year. The company has not shipped my product, we are now into 2025. After reaching out several times they agreed to cancel my order and issue a refund in November of 2024, despite the fact that they continue to advertise via email that the products I ordered were in stock and ready to ship. I am yet to receive my refund. They are false advertising luring customers to pay for product in advance and they may wait months to receive the product or a refund if at all. I am a huge advocate of supporting small business but this is by far the worst small business Ive ever dealt with. Im in sales myself and would NEVER treat a customer this way.Initial Complaint

I purchased from here for the 1st time 11/4/24. I have been emailing customer service since Nov 20th, after no updates on my order, asking to cancel my order since its gone well over the estimated time on the website (items were meant to be Christmas gifts). After one response offering store credit (not a refund) they informed me there was a postal strike in ******. Why was this not communicated to all delayed orders and customers offered the option to cancel or wait?Recently I received an update that ONE of my many items shipped. I decided to see what the quality was like before contacting the company one final time. It arrived, and is extremely disappointing. I ordered the Proper Stripe Cardigan for $88.80 (listed at $110). Its exceedingly large and doesnt match website measurements. The unfinished, sloppy nature of this garment is concerning and not classy as the site advertises. There are loose threads, pulling and sloppy stitches, and absolutely no tailoring, as advertised.I contacted the company, willing to return this at my own expense and AGAIN requesting to cancel my order as its now weeks late. I sent the company multiple photos for review. I have yet to receive a response. So, I posted on social media hoping for a response there, but instead, they blocked me from their *********** this juncture, I do not want any of my order - #*****, and if Im not refunded, Im out $400+ US - even if I wanted to keep the one sweater that has arrived (I do not).Id like a full refund, and the company can keep the items that havent shipped. I will gladly return the poorly made sweater.I believe businesses should stand behind their merchandise and be up front about customer issues - especially near the holidays.Given that I have waited 2 months to receive one item, that this item is extremely poor quality, coupled with the fact that Ive reached out to your customer service team now four times, I sincerely hope you will honor my request.Initial Complaint

I placed two orders with *************** first order #***** was placed on June 27 for $826.40. The second order #***** was placed on July 7 for $279.00. It is November 2 and I still have not received either order in full. I have not received any items from order #***** totaling $279. After many continuous emails, I am still missing five items from order #***** totaling $287.Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I have had to initiate all contact and have been lied to many times. I have been told items shipped or that I would receive a refund when neither has happened. I resorted to social media at one point because I could not get anyone to respond and now I have been blocked from all their social media. The remaining five items in order #***** were supposedly shipped on August 20. Tracking info shows only that a shipping label was created. I was lied to multiple times and told the package shipped, but they were having issues with Canada Post and items were being lost for months and then found. That makes no sense and considering none of the other items shipped in a timely fashion, I can only conclude that the items just did not ship at that time. Once I threatened legal action, the remaining five items shipped on October 23, but are now somewhere in snail mail oblivion. I have not received them and they have not moved since October 26.I was promised a refund for order #***** at least twice, but I have not received that refund. I have asked repeatedly to either have the products shipped or a refund issued so that I can be done with ************ It seems *********** simply does not care and thinks they can get away with keeping customers money without providing the products for which they paid. I have literally never dealt with such an unprofessional and incompetent company. Ive had a frustrating and disappointing experience with this business, and despite my efforts, Ive been unable to obtain the resolution I deserve.On August 11, 2023nearly three months agoI placed three orders totaling $530.49. Of the seven items I purchased, only one has arrived, and that item was not as advertised. The product I received was significantly different from what was shown on the companys website, amounting to misleading advertising.The company's communication has been poor, dismissive, and unhelpful. Despite repeated attempts to reach out, there has been no meaningful resolution. They do not allow public reviews, only soliciting feedback through email to be selectively passed along to the owner. The reviews displayed appear heavily filtered, creating a misleading image of their products and service. Additionally, their social media accounts are closed to public comments, yet they show an unusually large follower base, which raises concerns about the legitimacy of their *********** this point, I feel deceived and taken advantage of. I ordered an item online from *********** Clothing *** on July 5, 2024 and according to their website it would take 14 to 20 business days (not including holidays) sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more, to be delivered. I was aware of this and accepted it when I ordered. As of today, Oct 9, 2024, I havent received the item but they did accept my payment of it back on July 5. I reached out to their customer service team on 3 occasions where I was told it should ship soon. In early Sep I decided I didnt want to wait any longer and wanted a refund. A few days later I was told I would get a refund. Then on Sep 12, I received an email saying it was shipped and received a Canada Post tracking number. I reached out to them again and they said the warehouse must have shipped it before the refund was processed. No refund was ever processed. I watched the tracking number but nothing happened with it until about Sep 20 when *********** said the item was delayed. Reached out to the seller again on Sep 23 where I was told the company has a lot of issues with *********** but that it will eventually come. I reached out to ***************** who said, no the item has not delivered anywhere and that I should contact the seller. I reached out to the seller again with frustration. They still claim that once Canada Post processes it, it will be delivered. So according to ***********, the item has been in the possession of *********** for 4 weeks. There has been no further communication. I am at my wits end in how to resolve this. I would like them to actually ship the item or simply refund me the $100. Thank you.Customer Answer

I ordered a piece of clothing on August 1. It was to take 20 business days to ship. After August 30 it still hasnt shipped. I was charged on August 1. On sep 12 it shipped with ***********. When I still hadnt received it a week later the company informed me it was delayed and they cant do anything. The item is still sitting in delayed status. I want a refund but they will not issue me this. They only gave me a $25 gift card which doesnt help because why would I purchase from them again and wait over two months. I wont be spending money with them again. So I am out $100 and still do not have my shirt with no ETA as to when I will be getting it. I had placed my order on June 28th for a purchase. It indicated that there was one item left in stock and made sure I was not ordering a "preorder". Payment immediately came off my credit card. Since I have not received confirmation of shipping or the item. I have attempted numerous times to contact the company through email, messenger and text message. To date I have not received a response of any kind, on any platform attempted. I have attempted to call the number provided online only to learn it is out of service. Being that I reside in ** I felt this was a safe company to order from. I am extremely unhappy with my experience with this company. I have also placed a dispute with my credit card company, in which now I have to wait 30 days. I've never made a complaint before but I don't know how to get a response from this business.
I made an online order three months ago and have not rec'd it, yet every time I inquired I'm told it would be sent that day. I asked for my money back if there's a problem with getting the order to me and now they won't respond to any of my messages. There's no phone number to contact them only email/text which they will not answer. I have not been belligerent in any of my messages, I'm just frustrated and want my order or my money back.

I ordered 3 items on Oct 6th, totalling $300. 2 items were shipped, the other end item was not ($100) I have tried contacting the company through email, ********* text and Instagram. They do not have a phone number listed. I was reminded to once on ******** to send an email and I'd hear back in 1 to 2 business days. I had already emailed them on Oct 13th and have been emailing over and over since with no response. They have now blocked me from ********.
