      My order was not delivered but Lululemon claim it was. Order number:c172781174286171 Tracking: 1LSCXM8003V9EI4 Delivery date is 10/6/2024 around 4:09pm Total value is $534.66 My ring camera did not capture anyone showing up on that time. When I arrive home and no package was found.I have a video recording of my ring app which i can share thru other means. It is 60 MB size. I also are willing to give you my ring account access for that day.

      I have 4 pairs of lululemon pants that are quite long for me and they do offer free hemming. I got all my pants hemmed but now Im regretting it getting hemmed since it turned out ugly. They literally just cut the bottom and did not make it a little tight so it looks really ugly and does not fit my ankle. I hate it and for the price of lululemon pants this is disappointing the free hemming doesnt matter if they dont hemmed it right. All 4 pairs of my pants are destroyed.

      I got the free hemming that lululemon offers since they dont have options with the length of their pants inseam the hemming ruined my pants

      Placed an order online for in store pick up for 2 items needed to return 1 of the items the following day however, when I went to the store that I picked it up from with the receipt, they are telling me they can give me a sorrow credit only because thats what the *** says. Meanwhile, the receipt says I pay with a **** and **************** is not helping at all.

      I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction regarding the recent refund process for my returned item. I purchased a Lululemon product that unfortunately showed signs of pilling after only six hours of wear. As such, I decided to return it promptly, within a week of purchase, expecting a full refund to my original payment method.However, despite my early return and my clear intention to receive a refund on my original form of payment, I was instead issued a refund in the form of a gift card. I have since reached out to customer service twice, and I was told that the refund could only be issued as a gift card because the item had already been worn. This reasoning is frustrating, especially since the item showed unacceptable quality issues in such a short amount of time.This policy does not seem fair, considering the condition of the product and the fact that I returned it promptly. I kindly request that you review this situation and process a refund to my original payment method as soon as possible.Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your resolution.

      On 11/08/2024 I signed up to become a part of the **************** Program for lululemon. This requires you to submit proof that you are a personal training which includes a picture of your most recent paystub, your employment profile, or any other proof that shows youre in the fitness industry. I submitted MULTIPLE photos (around 6) with pictures of me being named a trainer at my gym by the owner, training schedules, my recent paystubs, and my government ID and I was denied my application even though I submitted everything that was required. Is this just a scam at this point?

      Hi - regarding order ID ****************. I sent a return and Lululemon received my return on 10/17 per the attached screenshot. To date the resolutions team has not provided me with a refund. Per the screenshot Im supposed to get a refund in 3-5 days. I also have numerous emails confirming refunds. This is not a good look on lululemon and Im requiring a resolution. I have also reported this issue along with all of the screenshots to the *** and PA attorney general. You cannot gatekeep a refund over 2 weeks after a return was received. Additionally I attached screenshots from multiple agents who keep sending these bizarre emails. Lululemon should be humiliated by these interactions. In addition to the refund I am also expecting an apology. I will make these screenshots public which would be very impactful to the brand.

      I placed an order on Lululemon's website last week and I even ordered with expedited shipping. The packages have now all stated that they arrived (late, by the way, and in multiple packages which made no sense). I have received NONE of these packages. My order is c172956812764044 I called Lululemon about this and unfortunately was greeted with some call center agent from a foreign country. Completely unhelpful and even a little bit rude. I haven't received my items and I'm out $968.00 I want a refund. This is unacceptable.

      We purchased three gift cards to Lululemon from a local grocery store. My husband loaded them onto the Lululemon app around 10/19/24, and when I went to make a purchase on 10/23/24, I noticed that the gift card balances read zero dollars, and the app said it was having a hard time loading my gift card balances. This was three gift cards totaling $225. I called Lululemon, and they referred me to their ********************** who said that They can't do anything, and I should file a police report. A quick ****** search shows that this is not an infrequent issue, so Lululemon must not keep the information entered into their app very secure.
