      Lululemon won't let me place any online orders with my account. When I asked why this was I got no reason, just that for every card I have on file I need to send them my bank statements, are you kidding me? They act like they are the only ones who sell leggings or something. My bank account will be better off not continuing to shop with them. I am so happy Peloton will be taking over the MIRROR. Lululemon's ego has gotten too big.

      Lululemon does not care about customers!!! They believe their product sells itself so why offer any customer service!!! Placed an order online, which my account was charged for ins store pickup. The closest store to me is 40 minutes away, needless to say since I do work for a living I couldnt make it immediately to the store, but had planned on picking up on my day off, Friday, (the order was placed the Wednesday 2 days before). Got an email Thursday night that they canceled the order, and mind you one of the items is now sold out!! They claimed I didnt pick it up soon enough AFTER THEY ALREADY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT!! I called first thing Friday morning to tell them what had happened and since the order was canceled at closing and it was first thing the next day, I wanted to purchase the item they canceled. They told me the item was already gone!! How is that possible , unless they sold it to an employee out from under me, or fulfilled another order that was placed after mine and was in their stack to be shipped!! They would not offer to find the item and make it right, all the while the charge is still against my account!! Called corporate customer service, got an agent that barely spoke English and was hard to understand, but long story short basically told me too bad!! They are an arrogant company, too bad they are THE ***** to shop currently but hopefully their lack of customer service will come back to haunt them one day!! I will not shop there again!!! It was not like I asked the to HOLD the item, they debited my account!!

      Lululemon illegally excludes customers from promotions and sales due to the type of electronic devices they own. If you don't have an iOS device like over 60% of the world, you're excluded in Lululemons eyes. For a company that touts inclusivity they regularly do the exact opposite.

      I have left now three voicemails to the same person, reached out on chat TWICE. I fully returned my order, yet my card STILL is not FULLY refunded and no one is getting back to me. Awful.

      The Mirror is a terrible product with worse customer service! The technical glitches cost me a year of paying for a subscription that I never used when I thought it was paused! They refuse to refund me which is so gross. Why do they feel *********** my money when their platform was at fault!! Terrible terrible terrible company.

      Lululemon is discriminating against military and healthcare workers. Me and multiple healthcare colleagues, and my military fianc have recently had our discounts taken from us and blocked from lululemon. When asked why they never gave us a real answer. We all received the same generic response and when asked further they refuse to respond. Furthermore, they do not allow us to use the discounts online in conjunction with gift cards or Affirm/Klarna/PayPal. They refuse to respond to any of us and they treat us poorly in every store we go to because we mention military/healthcare. This company is a joke and does not support military or healthcare workers in the slightest. Pathetic. Hope ************ never have a love one who needs to go to the hospital with the way they treat healthcare workers.

      I purchased a second hand mirror. I signed up for a free 30 day membership and USED the second hand mirror for one month. When I went to activate a new membership at a cost of over $600/year,I was THEN told I need to transfer the mirror that I had already been using. I asked to speak to the consumer resolution department and no one was available prior to this complaint. Its simply poor business to not accept someones money for a product that you are struggling to sell.

      Ordered from them in late april...order still says processing. Paid 200 some dollars and they will not even acknowledge my multiple requests to customer support. Been 2 months and nothing

      I have been trying for several months to get damaged item support. I went through your website and filled out the form to get a ticket number. I waited several months before I ever received a reply. When I did I was asked for a photo of the round dot with the product info. I sent that on May 18th. Today is June 20th and I still havent received a response. I think its disgusting that it has been 6 months trying to get a hold of someone to get my item replaced when the warranty for the product has not been met.

      I wish I could give 0 star for this store, the one at *************. Worst and most discrimination services experience ever with ******************* since 2019.Checking out process was painful and giving all different excuses and horrible attitude to dishonor sweat collective discount even tho being polite and showing solid proof for it before the check out.(Checked with corporate I am 100% qualified for it)Most unprofessional manager I've ever seen- refusing to give ** the educator's first name who did check out and forcing ** to leave the facility by making one of the male employees following ** until that happen.(Checked with corporate based on ******************* privacy policy educator needs to provide their first name if customer request)The check out educator is a male, white, 5'10, has hat on. The whole thing happened at 4:41pm Saturday 05/20/2023.
