      I was gifted for Christmas two items totaling nearly $200 from Lululemon. Went through a lengthy process to have them returned and still have not received a refund. They have my items but are failing to refund my money. It has been almost 4 months now.

      I received a used vest that had some kind of animal hair on it. I received an email for a review of the product. My review included my dissatisfaction regarding my expensive yet previously owned purchase. My review was then blocked.       Absolutely HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been told INCONSISTENT information multiple times with NO RESOLUTION or FOLLOW THROUGH. Im absolutely shocked a company this big that prides themselves on customer satisfaction would treat customers in this manner! I have been experiencing APP ISSUES for months. Lululemon offers free exercise programs and early access to merchandise as well as other benefits that can only be accessed through their app but their app continues to fail. APP is NOT FUNCTIONAL I cannot access the free programs. I cannot add stuff to my cart and the filters do not function correctly. I have had no resolution and people say they will call me back but do not. And then they kept saying it is my phone even though the problem continues with a different phone. They directed me to Apple and said it was their problem to fix and of course Apple told me it wasnt a problem with my phone and that the only one to fix this is lululemon and the app developer. I let them know this and its like they just dont care. They have a product called THE MIRROR that is supposed to function with the app but I WOULDN'T ADVISE BUYING this pricey item since the app doesnt actually work properly. They acknowledge that the app doesnt work and tell me to use the website which doesnt function with the Mirror programs and offer free exercise programs. They just say nothing they can do. DONOT purchase the MIRROR unless you want problems like this. They dont care and they wont let me talk to anyone who can fix it. *** was even told I was supposed to be getting a discount and then in the middle of call they hung up on me and never called back. I called back in and was told the previous rep told me the wrong info. Lululemon is raising their prices and lowering their customer service standards. Not worth the price to be treated like this. NO RESOLUTION. Thats how they treat their loyal customers. It is disgusting! They promote THEIR APP & offer perks but it DOESN'T WORK.

      They have a 60 minute cancellation window, but a wait time to speak to customer service is longer than 60 minutes. They essentially have no ability to cancel the order... when I pointed this out to them the customer service rep said "we are not the only company with this policy" to which I responded they are the only company with this policy with a wait time that exceeds that window. They have a policy designed not to work which results in the inability for customers to cancel orders.

      Horrible communication and customer service. They won't give a shipping time frame. They won't answer simple questions. Order processing and shipping take far longer than any other company out there. Magically cancelled my order for no reason since I complained. I'd give zero stars if I could.

      I have had to chase this company down for a refund numerous times. At the end of each call and I am advised that I will reimbursed, but watching my bank account there is never any refund.

      I bought two pairs of align joggers that I was charged $118 for each pair. When they came in the mail the tags are listed at $98 on each tag. I reached out to them and provided photos of the tags showing they are listed at $98 and my receipt that I was charged $118. They just kept saying they needed more pictures of the tags without helping or offering assistance at all or a refund for the differ now. ***** **** * **** ** ********** ****** *********

      Lulu gives no care about it's customers to the point customer service is non-existent. The majority of my clothes purchased pill due to quality issues and yes they do have a decent return program but only if you're not constantly using it for EVERYTHING you buy. Having to constantly return clothes you love is so annoying. Ive had orders go missing, return requests taking up to 2+ months to be processed - for the price point I expect better and hope they improve

      If I could select 0 stars I would. The customer service and quality have both gone down hill. I use to love shopping through lululemon but they're ********* practices have caused me to never purchase again.

      Lululemon says “******** **** **** ** ******* ****** * ******** *****” Needed the item within a time frame. 4 days later, no tracking and no emails from lululemon so I reached out to them. They do not honor their 3 day tracking claim, they won’t give me a shipping time frame, nor will they cancel the order or refund. Now I have to dispute this with my credit card.
