      This dying company now post fake products on their website through a third party company called ***********. I fell for it. Ordered a laptop what $950 cad . Bestbuy charged my account but laptop was not delivered. There customer support or store refuse to do anything claiming I should go talk to Tech nation . A company best buy say they trust but I have no idea who or what this company does. Till date ( over 3 weeks) I do not have the laptop or my money back. Be warned Best buy now scam people. I would update if anything change but if at all you are buying from best buy walk in take your product, pay and leave . Dont even expect a working laptop and any customer service after.

      I made a purchase with several items on Black Friday, and it got cancelled. Then I tried several times in the next few days and got all cancelled. Sometimes, there was no notification until I returned to its website to check the order status. No reason was given by Best Buy. I used the exact same card and shipping address to order several items several months ago. I contacted customer service online and was told to order everything again, and it would go through. I tried several times with different combinations of items in case there was a sensitive item or there was a limit to the amount that triggered the system. Every time, I had to add the items one by one again with price and availability changes. Big hassles. Still, it did not work.I called their customer service over the phone for two hours. The agent was friendly enough to try to honour some previous prices and recorded the new order number to mark for their security team. Then, the order was cancelled again for no reason. During these orders, I checked with my bank several times to ensure there was nothing wrong with the card or the billing information. I wasted so much time on this and got really stressed and frustrated. I seriously do not understand why Best Buy treats their customers like this. It is so obvious that a customer attempting to commit fraud will not contact customer service like this, and it was so easy to confirm the information and order through a phone call. But they simply did not bother to do it.

      I purchased an expensive gaming monitor on black friday. purolator delivered my order a couple days later, except it was completely the wrong item. i had instead receive a ******* sound system that was 18kg and rather large. i tried to get customer service to send a team to come and pick up my order as it was a large item, and was 18kg, and i do not drive. however, they told me the earliest they could arrange that would be early january due to the "overwhelming number of orders and our shipping team is working at maximum capacity to complete current orders".i am eventually told that for a speedy resolution, i will have to lug the speakers to my nearby best buy to return it myself before a replacement could be sent my way. it costs me $10+ to call the **** XL as the sound system does not fit in a regular car, and after great effort i return it.the entire return process took close to 90 mins which was extremely aggravating, and the store was critically understaffed. nearby customers kept shooting me dirty looks cause i had occupied one of the store managers for a long period of time. when it was all done, the manager told me she could only authorize a gift card of $20 for all the inconvenience, and that barely covered the ******** 4 days has passed after the replacement order has been placed, and the order has yet to ship. i have called and chatted customer service multiple times and been placated and lied to nonstop. yesterday, the cs agent told me my order would be shipped out TODAY which is clearly a lie at this point. i don't even know how i should respond at this point, best buy is such a joke.

      Disappointed with the customer service. They are Charging a protection plan service fee I wasnt informed about. I was only told about the membership and that I will be charged $30 every month and I also asked if I can cancel it any time and they said I could. Now when I want to cancel the plan I have to pay $200 approx to cancel it. I was not informed about this and want the service fee to be waived off. I also visited the store but they ignored my concern.

      On the 29nov I ordered a 2600$ tablet delivery date was for 3dec and today the 5dec it's not even ship!! Each time a chat they say they can't do nothing and I just call and they can't do nothing! I understand those delivery date are approximatif but 6 Day after and it's not even ship it's unacceptable!! And false publicity!

      I appreciate the reply but. This situation a unacceptable! Every time I contacted best buy they ask me to wait and call back in 24h all the times! Plus 2 last time they promesse me some one will call me back and I never had one!! The order was made 15 days ago!! And it's not even send yet! Yes I receive the first package but it's the keyboard for the tablet I never receive!! So it's useless!! Not acceptable at all!!

      Twice, I ordered an item on special online. I was able to complete the order online twice, but both times, my order was canceled due to a seeming credit card problem! (my credit card works everywhere else). Upon calling Best Buy, I was told that the third party no longer had the item in stock. I asked to complete another order (3rd) on the phone. I was eventually told at the end of the process that they can't complete the order on the phone as it's the third party that will process the payment. They also could not immediately give me the third party customer service number or email!I waited 20 minutes on the phone for them to obtain and give me the information, but they ultimately hung up on me while I was waiting.

      Bought a washer plus extra warranty.Issues right away.Was difficult to even get the service call set up. Guy came. Said part be in in a week to a month. After 4 months I called again. Same thing its like you have to pull teeth for them to find your *********** an apology email. Said it would be taken care of in the week. That was over a month ago.I have called and sent several emails.I am very disappointed. My30 yr washer still worked. Do I take them to small claims?Wasting my first year warranty.Lucky I only have about 2 loads a week and no small children..
