      I ordered a laptop. Used a $250 gift card - a $500 gift card and **** to pay the remaining balance.Three days after estimated delivery date - hours on customer support chat and by phone - and in reviewing my credit card statement. I realize that they only processed one gift card, charged all of the rest of the balance to my card, the card has a low limit as I use it for online purchases, and it got declined. So they held my order. I am about to be travelling and now its likely not to arrive before I go away. I was just told by their most recent chat person we will make further this matter soon. My question was when will I receive my delivery . Pure gibberish. Its unreal. Cant get any help. Got over limit fee on credit card. Its horrendous!

      This is the first contact I have received from Best Buy on this issue. The gift card still has an available balance and the money has not been returned to my credit card. Yes, the order was received. Its fine. As expected. This issue is that there is still an extra $250 charged to my credit card that shouldnt be. It put me over limit, so Ive also been hit with an over limit fee on top of the $250. I am not impressed.

      I am absolutely appalled by how my pre-order was managed. Why was I permitted to place an order when the shipping company, *********, does not deliver to PO Boxes? Why accept my order, take my payment, for an order that is not going to get fulfilled when you know all too well that ********* does not deliver to PO Boxes? I have been advised for the past couple days that Purolater should have received the new address, they DID NOT receive this update. I called Purolater several times and they keep saying that the new address has not yet been issued by Best Buy. What is the hold up? This would literally take not take more than two minutes if you call Purolater and give them the correct address right there and then. I have since requested a refund and I am waiting for a status update on my request. Please be transparent and stop being unscrupulous; if you don't deliver to PO Boxes then just say so in the order page. **************** hung up on me when I requested a refund.

      My experience with Best Buy online customer service has been absolutely frustrating I have spent hours on the phone trying to return a defected appliance (washer), being shifted from department to department without any resolution. It is now going on 3 weeks. They are either completely incompetent or Best Buy will do everything in its power to discourage you from returning an item that you bought ********* advice is not to buy from this company. They really don't care.

      Very frusttrating. Won't eagerly use these guys. I phoned in to see if they had a laptop battery in stock. All their system would allow me to do was talk to thier robot and wouldn't connect me with a real person - finally got through to thier geek squad but again you're talking with a robot. I asked the robot about batteries and he asks if I'm a member - I tell him no - he says come into the store and hangs up on me. Never phoning back and taking my business elsewhere.

      Not helpful at all. I was given a number to phone and all I could talk to was a robot - I was never given the choice to speak to a real person. It's not just the geek squad robot to blame it was also your general robot upon my initial call that would not give me the opportunity to talk to a real person. You need to install an easy transfer method of talking to a live person. Until then I will not use your service again.

      I went to file warranty claim for my ******* Pro. I had to call three times and was told go get the receipt than call back. When I called back they found the mistake, they stated it was their own agent fall. They did not verify they were selecting the right product. This was 2 years ago. The supervisor told me they cant do anything and gave up. I canceled everything with Best Buy and will not go to it again for anything or recommend to it any one. They lost a royal customer for life.

      I ordered a computer and cell phone refurbished from Best Buy, once I got them I noticed a lot of gv files on my computer, and I ended up with files I shouldn't have had, and the laptop had to get sent away. cause it was loaded full of malware, and has put y life in *********** my son's grad, he bought a **** laptop there as well, hard drive went they had it for about 8 months, then after 2 weeks of getting it back, it went again, I called geek squad..but they said the warranty was gone, even though they had it the whole *******,.I will never use them again!, not should anyone else!!)

      My wife and I were shopping for appliances and we purchased from Best Buy, a stove fridge and dishwasher and there extended warrants. It isnt our normal store to purchase but we have not yet had a bad experience with Best Buy. The sale person gave us a delivery date, it was the Friday we were leaving for 2 week to the cottage. We told us they would deliver in the morning and we were leaving in the afternoon so that would work for us. The delivery team was an hour and a half late with no call or heads up about being late.After we came back from our vacation, I discovered our fridge freezer door has scuffed marks all on the front of it. I contacted Best Buy and complained about the damage and they started a case for me. After 2-3 weeks from not hearing from them, they came back to tell us they were not going to do anything for us the fix the damage on the door. I would expect a lot more from Best Buy after having a big purchase and also there extended warranty. I would not recommend purchasing appliances from Best Buy or there extension of warranty. The buying experience was very disappointing and dealing with there customer service was extremely frustrating!

      After being a happy customer for years, will never shop ******************** again. I have purchased FULL house major appliances (and some for family members) over the years, in addition to smaller electronics. When we were furnishing our current home two years ago we didn't think twice but we went straight to Best Buy and purchased all of our appliances along with the extended warranty. Well today I actually needed help as my washer is locked and won't open. There is no electricity to it either. Called, pushed to online portal which was not working. Called back, and after an hour the woman tells me she can't help me because their portal is down and to call back in 2-3 business days. Lady, my washer is not working...what do you mean call back in 2-3 days. Called a few hours later and was told that they submit a request and to wait 5-7 business days to get a call to schedule an appointment. Are you kidding me?Apparently there is no one in customer support to speak to, nor is the name of the supervisor on duty provided. Not to mention that while I was on the phone for an hour the agent had a screaming child in the background. I am all for working from home, but can we have some level of professionalism.All in all, my hope is that this can get resolved, but I will never be going back to Best Buy. It's a shame that they can't treat customer who spend $30K+ better by hiring local people to help out. Not to mention that their chat agent just disconnected when I had a question. Terrible service, so disappointing.

      We have been living 2 months without a fridge in the summer! Every time we call they just say the parts are ordered and will be in next week! Imagine living without a fridge for 2 months and longer!! And this is not the first time. We had to wait this long last repair too! I will never buy at Best Buy again!! It's absolute trash customer service!
